Very good boutique hotel. Pleasant staff, polite manager, helped to resolve issues. Delicious breakfast, everyone is very friendly, close to the city center, there are several restaurants nearby. Comfortable and clean room. There is an elevator, there is a small balcony with a view, nice. I liked being there, I recommend it.

High rise of the road to the hotel, for someone it may be difficult to climb up. A bit dark streets at night nearby, not much light. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in the room and one day the receptionist opened the room himself to show it to others wishing to check in by mistake, and I was in the room almost naked (but after he apologized).

First of all, the hotel has a gorgeous view of the city, a room with a balcony is worth taking. The breakfast also deserves special praise - everything was delicious, there were no situations where you come at the end of breakfast and there was nothing left - new food is constantly being served. Our hotel was excellent value for money and our expectations were well met.

Room cleaning was pretty "forced" when my spouse and I were inside, a little confused why you couldn't come in a little later. Also, I do not know who invented this alarm in the room that flashes like a disco ball.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean and cozy place, pleasant atmosphere, everything that may be needed is there. The room is incredible, spacious, clean and functional. The way the room is structured is very convenient. Air conditioning was a lifesaver. People working there are amazing, kind, understanding and very cheerful. Every time we faced one of the employees, it felt like a mood booster :) This hotel will always be a big part of our happy memories about Georgia and its hospitality. Highly recommended!

The view was amazing, the panorama on Tbilisi is exceptional, I highly recommend if you're looking for a romantic trip, or even to enjoy the view on the city by night! Everything was super clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom really nice. The Staff is really welcoming, fluent in different languages (en, ru, ge, and maybe more), and super friendly :) We even had a little present for our last night, but I will not spoil. Breakfast, which is included in the total price, was tasty, always fresh, and either sweet or salty. Everybody can start their day with something they like, 100%. It was worth it choosing this hotel, mor expensive than other places of course, but you'll not find what you'll find there in other places. Go for it!

There was no option too choose even juice at breakfast time.And Toilets in the room are really Dangerous Flooring Please Use Towels for the Floor we shall recommend and stay again in your Hotel for sure.

We were on a business trip and fully enjoyed our stay. Especially I want to say thank you Temo and Georgi from the reception, as they were super friendly and always with big eagerness to help you. Breakfast was really good. I met Bella who was the chef. Food was delicious😊 Definitely recommend!!! Will come back for sure!

If you need to clean your clothes you have to pay for each item, I would understand if you have pay for a weight of all things. Also hotel located on the hill that's pretty steep, in hot days that might be a problem for someone. But the neighborhood is great and authentic!

The property was very city chic and although up quite a steep hill, was an amazing location with fantastic views of the city. Once we changed to one of the larger rooms with city facing balcony we were very comfortable. Sophie on reception who managed our booking was so accommodating to all of our requests and although none of the other staff spoke English, they were all very friendly.

The bar was not in use and we arrived to a very small room without balcony and then moved to a balcony room with no view of the city.

The level of service is good, and the staff are doing their best to help us. The front reception staff Lora did a phenomenal job to keep us happy, she even helped booking a driver to drive us to nearby towns. They were VERY kind with us, they provided us with a complimentary bottles of wine, because the restaurant was closed on that day. They even helped us getting the PCR test done in the hotel. The staff are very keen to make you comfortable.

The place is on a top of hill, which means you'll do a lot of uphill walking, but also not very far away from the shops. Some basic items were missing sometimes like bath towels or an iron, or toilet amenities. We have to request things every now and then. It's not there by default. Some of the front desk reception need to be trained on etiquette and welcoming. We witnessed some of them watching movies when there are people still passing by them. Also one of them we continously laughing when any of us speaks. Not very comfortable for a visitor staying 5 nights in this property.

The breakfast was okay and the location was good. We stayed for 2 nights and the next day the breakfast was not properly served.

Rooms are little bit small. They don't have child lock or double lock which makes you uncomfortable. You may always have the feelings that someone might open the door.
