Everything Really Super Fantastically clean Good indoor pool Great spa baths and more Large very well appointed rooms with oversized comfortable beds The courtesy of the staff was exemplary. David the manager is helpful and caring above and beyond imagination. I’ve never experienced in any hotel such service .George the administrator likewise , and the very nice lady who was there many hours a day . Even though it’s not a big hotel but a beautiful smaller size boutique hotel there are people there around the clock giving service I did not take break fast but I heard from other guests that they were very satisfied I highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the trip to Tbilisi to make this hotel their choice , you can’t go wrong

The staff was outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful, addressed all requests and made their very best to satisfy and help in all our needs. The hotel and the rooms are very fresh and clean. We came with 2 kids and a baby and got a big suite with two rooms. It was great and pleasant to stay there.

It was a little bit far from the historic center but it wasn't a big problem since the hotel located close to business area and public transportation.

George welcomed me with wine and chacha. We clicked and had an amazing conversation. Great personal!!!! David also did his best. The jacuzzi in the room - amazing!!! Breakfast is good.

They had bad experience with guests, so they have now too strict rules. You have to sign an agreement -> See foto. You are not allowed to have guests over in your room. The locations is in the new hip area. Safe, but frustrating to take a taxi. The traffic is very heavy.

A property surely its value for money. Very clean, quite and a serene place. Rooms well equipped, excellent swimming pool and Housekeeping services commendable. Very Friendly Front-Office Staff who were always available to help the Guests.

- Inside the Room complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, coffee-mate etc should be available in the room. - Swimming-pool excellent but should be made available 24 hours for the guests. - No in-house restaurant to dine.

Amazing manager and staff. we landed in morning time they allowed us for early check in, and didn’t accept any extra cost for early check in. Manager was very helpful and hospitable . available 24/7. Every time asking if you need any help. We felt at home in this place. Manager also arranged for massage which was the best . Breakfast was amazing, they took great care of our choices regarding breakfast though those were not in menu, pancakes and fried eggs was amazing. would love to come again at this place. 😊

Amazing staff, very helpful. They have a simcard option available for each room which made.our,stay very convenient. With yandex app u get to city center for 5 lari. Also definitely upgrade.to the terrace room. It's a huge terrace

The staff were all really helpful and welcoming. We had a lot.of questions and they always did their best to help us and make us comfortable. We really enjoyed the room and the hottub bath was amazing. The location was great, down a quiet side street but still within easy reach of lots of facilities and easy to get to the old town by taxi. The crepes are breakfast were fantastic too.

We didn't realise there was no restaurant at the hotel but there was a nice Georgian restaurant next door and you can eat your own food on the Sun terrace at the hotel.

this place is suitable for families and very quiet. they have an employee named David who is very helpful and helped us a lot in going to several places. i strongly recommend this hotel.

the terrace was amazing, also the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect, very near Vake Park which is the best area of Tbilisi.

the price of the transfer from the airport to the hotel was too much. After reaching the hotel, everything was good. The room isn't fancy but the ration between price and value is very very good

Great service, breakfast on demand. Very kind and helpful staff. Whatever needed immediately solved. Very convenient public transport just 1 minut far from the hotel. Public transport offers very cheap fare.

Not negative - but can be surprising that Tbilisi is a very rushing city, everywhere and and time is there some kind of noise.
