The Location and surrounding, including the staff politeness ,humble and taking care of the guest , Well i felt the hotel was Home away Home ,sure i will recommend all my friends to this hotel and my first and last choice is the same hotel

The Road going towards the Hotel , The restaurant having all kind of drink but it is served without snacks which Hotel can charge additional but no stock so request let the Management add up the snacks and keep stock in hotel even if additional charges

Breakfast was filling, the hotel has amazing views that fully exceeded my expectations, quite location, sufficient secure parking area.

Some balconies are sort of a part of the common terrace space, just separated with a ~1m tall fence, so there is a sense of a lack of privacy.

WiFi was also great and high speed If I were to return to Tbilisi, Alliance Hotel would undoubtedly be a serious consideration. Its tranquil setting and welcoming atmosphere make it a hidden gem in the heart of the city.

However, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the guest experience. Firstly, there are no in-room safe boxes, which some travelers may find inconvenient. While the breakfast is good, a bit more variety in the offerings would be appreciated. Similarly, the toiletries in the bathroom could be more diverse.

The staff were extremely helpful in lots of ways, the biggest being getting me from the airport at 4AM. Breakfast is average, and you have to pay for coffee if you want it.

The room I had was without any defects. The location is a short way up a hillside, and you have to walk on rough pavement to get to a proper street. Once there, you'll find many grocery stores, a good wine shop called Georgian Kalata, and both McDonalds and Wendy's along with other options.

Friendly staff. Great location and nice view from the window. Tasty breakfast. The hotel provides parking. In terms of price-quality ratio, hotel fully met expectations.

The shower holder didn't hold the head and I had problems adjusting the water because the holder kept sliding down onto the temperature and water pressure control knob. But we didn't contact the reception with this problem, because we only stayed for 2 days and we had no time for it.

Lovely rooms with very friendly staff. Cleanliness was fantastic and the internet was very strong if working remotely. I struggle to find fault, the price was good and the facilities were great. 24/7 check-in desk for those that arrive very late like myself. Would happily stay again.

Excellent all around! I booked one night, but ended up staying about a week and coming back before I left. They also provided and car and driver to the airport! Clean, QUIET, friendly attentive staff, walking distance from many markets and shops, great view. FANTASTIC BREAKFAST! I stayed in 3 different rooms in my time there and the upper level rooms with balconies had excellent views, a table and chair to sit and relax. They let me have late check out and accommodated my random schedule. I will definitely stay here again upon my return to Tbilisi! :D

The hotel is cozy and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. This is one of the best hotels, that we had in Georgia.

Beds were comfortable, but it were two beds, instead big one. I don't like this. The fridge had not cleaned when we arrived, but hotel team cleaned it after our request. All were pretty good.

Absolutely everything. I had the most Fantastic experience!! I’ve heard so much good about this hotel, but it exceeded my expectations! The rooms were extremely clean,every detail, which is so important. The rooms were extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby, fell asleep looking at “mtatsminda park “ and the funicular , the view was definitely an unexpected surprise. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast, food all was delicious. I’ve been to many hotels in Georgia,personally for me and my family this experience was the best. Thank you very much.
