Generally it's a great place to stay! Superb location, modern building and rooms, staff is friendly and nice.

Pillows are a bit too stiff and big.

Except breakfast everything is fine.

Breakfast was third class, although the hotel deserves a second class quality after Hilton, Marriott etc. That is my only complain over all.

I stayed here two nights and was so pleased with everything. The room was outstanding. The linen was comfortable, clean and of excellent quality. The housekeeping was fabulous, always changed linen and kept it so clean. The bathroom was spacious and every gadget worked well. The amenities were well thought out - great lighting, excellent air, tissues were provided, soaps, shampoos, hair dryer, sofa, chairs, and comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was good enough and they changed the variety. The staff were extremely helpful and did everything they could to make my stay and visit a great one.

One of the buttons on the air controls was broken and after showing it to the maintenance I was hoping they would fix it, but they did not. Hopefully, they do.

Comfortable and clean room. Exceptional efforts from the Hotel Manager (Kati) to ensure most comfortable stay for me (and other clients, as I observed) - I thank her a lot. As a frequent traveler, I can state with confidence that her attitude to the clients is exceptional!

It might be very noisy as hotel is located very close to a small but busy road. But if you'd request a quite room, hotel staff would manage this.

Delicious breakfast with many options to pick from. Amazing location in the Vake area with quick access to public transport, cafes and restaurants. Bright and stylish room with good furniture, a convenient bathroom and fast wi-fi.

No sockets near the bed or the couch and the shortage of available sockets in general — it was a bit uncomfortable to charge up phones and accessoires.

Staff was very helpful and smiling.. they upgraded us and also helped with luggage. I know it's not something unusual but after experience in other hotels in Georgia it was great. Even helped us with booking taxis for mid night flights.. exceptional staff

The Ac wasn't cooling enough in one of the rooms

Breakfast was mostly standard spread and was the same on all days. Mostly consists of egg and sausage and also had couple of salad spreads. The room was comfortable though the location was not close to metro. Rustaveli metro station is around 1.5kms away. However its connected by bus.

The showers in the suite room could have been more spacious.

A comfortable hotel in the Vake district of Tbilisi near to the National University. I had a nice large room for a reasonable price, at least for European standards. The staff was helpful.

Nothing, really. The breakfast could've had more traditional Georgian options.

Breakfast good but not to BW hotels standards - lacked served tables, some jams and honey, bread baked in place, variety of hot dishes. Bathroom sinc does not absorb water quickly enough

It's clean and comfortable, and during breakfast self-service was not an option, so staff served. This is wise during covid times.

1.It's not central to most places of interest. 2.Room service food should be covered when delivered to the rooms.
