We had a terrific 6 nights stay at the Coste Hotel. Everything about the place was just way beyond our expectations. Our 2 year toddler had a real baby bed+thick, comfy matress for himself, not only a camping crib which is usually the common practice. In addition, the room was super clean and very spacious, enables plenty of space for the kids to play. The little in-room kitchen was great, too! On our last day there, we had an evening flight and we had no idea what to do as it was pouring rain outside. They agreed for a free, late check out without any issue. One last thing - The reception staff, in particular Miro, were extremely helpful. They supported us when our son got sick. Miro ordered a pediatrician to the hotel and joined her to our room for the entire check in order to ensure we're getting treated well. Thank you for everything!

One of the rooms had a smoking smell from the bathroom (there was no window in the bathroom). In addition, we'd add 2 bar chairs to the small island in the kitchen, so one can actually seat next to it.

Very clean property. Staff are young, very helpful and eager to provide a good service. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of cooked items. Very good location with easy access to all parts of Tbilisi; we mainly used Bolt (don't hail taxis as they will rip you off) and there were nearby options for buses and a metro line.

The attached restaurant is much too expensive and there is no room service. Also, the shower enclosure could have been better thought through; it needed a proper door or curtain to prevent water splashing on the bathroom floor.

Great place, new, clean, comfortable rooms. Appreciate the coffee machine, fridge and toiletries.

The A/C doesn’t work because the hotel has it set to heat only mode, even if the A/C mode is on. They didn’t tell us this when checking in, so we left the unit on and when we came back, the room was 30c degrees, really really uncomfortable. The sun also comes through the windows during the day, which makes it impossible to cool down. I questioned this and they said the A/C is turned off now due to cold weather, which i don’t understand, because Tbilisi was 25 celsius and sunny for the whole of my stay, and it’s almost mid-May.

Now there will be a very good review, because I liked everything about this hotel. It's new, it has a great location, it had a nice and rather large room, underfloor heating (which is nice considering cold weather in winter) When we arrived we went into a warm room which was wonderful. What else? Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Despite the fact that the windows overlook the road, the room was really quiet. Perfect service, very pleasant and helpful hotel staff, and cleaning service lady’s. My review sounds too perfect, but I have been to Tbilisi many times and so far this is the most pleasant hotel where I have stayed. Loved it!

we were welcomed with a note on our table and some fruits which was very thoughtful. the hotel is in convenient location from both old and new Tbilisi. our room had all amenities like slippers, hair dryer, mini fridge, bath essentials, bath robe, even an emergency sewing kit and a shoe sponge. the most impressive thing was a coffee machine in our room because their restaurant is not as yet completed. room service was awesome and staff is super friendly. our phones charger was 3 plug and we didn’t have a converter so the lady provided us her own charger.

the rooms are quite small compared to other hotels, so to open 2 baggage we didn’t have as much space. the view from the balcony was ok, mainly blocked by trees but thats not a complaint. I suggest they provide another trash bin for the room because one in the bathroom was too small. the room also didn’t have a full mirror and the dresser area was tight as the entire room was small.

We enjoyed the place very much. The Hotel is located in the central business area. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. We’ve got a room upgrade as a Genius 3 member. We had a coffee machine in the room that was refilled daily with coffee and tea capsules. Also complimentary water and very good bath amenities. Breakfast was a special love. It is quite a big space with a plenty of variety. The food was really delicious, good choice of desserts. U can order an omelet of your choice, or waffles and pancakes. There’s also a complimentary Champaign during a breakfast. The Hotel was renovated so the ambience is really good. Also staff is very nice.

A tidy suite with expected basic amenities (bathroom, TV, mini-fridge) and some unexpected ones - capsule coffee machine with some capsules provided: even though not personally a fan of theese ones and usually drink simple instant coffee - I did need a cup or two during my stay and was grateful for that option at hand.

Hotel's WiFi at times was heavily contested by other guests - though it's nothing out of the ordinary, and it still has quite a good coverage around the floor.

My room window has backyard view on a gloomy wall and garbage bags, but considering that spent all day long outside the hotel, it was not critical.

We spent few nights here on business and I must say that this is a great hotel with excellent service ! What a great group of experienced staff who went out their way to ensure that everything was perfect ! The location of the hotel is quite close to the destination as well as some other business centers in the city. The room was most comfortable super clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend the hotel to the others having a not only business trip.

The hotel was very cool with its staff and overall atmosphere. I had a bright room with comfortable mattress and pillows. For me the sound of conditioning is very important, and here it was absolutely quite and good. I enjoyed breakfast very much. There was a good choice food and sweets. U can order eggs of your choice. I will return in March. Thank you
