Dear friends, I want to tell you about the wonderful people working in this wonderful hotel that we were lucky to visit and spend unforgettable days with our family! We family flew to Tbilisi from Israel and Belarus to celebrate our son’s wedding. We received a very warm welcome and support from all the hotel staff! The hotel is very clean. Cosy. Beautiful! The rooms are very big! Every room has a balcony! The room has everything, everything. What you need for a comfortable stay! Kettle . Fridge . Slippers. Robes. Coffee and tea . Even toothbrushes! The beds are very comfortable! The linen and towels are snow-white! The breakfasts are very tasty and varied! And most importantly, the people who work in this hotel are one big Family - people with very big hearts! We received help for any requests! We are all 25 guests - we say thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts!!! And we advise everyone to visit this wonderful hotel!

Staff were great, very welcoming and helpful. My highest praise goes to the bartender - incredibly charming man, who takes good care of guests and brightened up my mornings. The room was quite spacious, facing inner yard with a great balcony. There was a minor noise issue due to a school being right across the backyard, however it doesn't bother much with windows closed. Location is quite nice as well, cozy in the small street yet close to action of main streets, about 15-20 minutes walk from the subway and 5 minutes from a 24/7 convenience store.

We had to change rooms after day 1 due to plumbing issues, however staff were quite helpful and apologetic and made up to us with a new room. It also had minor issues with hydro isolation around the shower, though not too bothersome.

This hotel is in a perfect location. It is quiet, peaceful and situated in an safe, authentic local neighbourhood close to many great bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The room was perfect; spacious, super clean, amazing shower, comfortable bed. Housekeeping staff are excellent. Breakfast was so good, a variety of food and fresh coffee. The staff are incredibly helpful. Special mention to Nae on reception who was very welcoming, patient and kind and made sure I was looked after well. Nae helped me to organise transportation to the airport and stored my luggage. The other staff were equally as friendly and helpful - thank you so much for making my time in Tbilisi perfect.

There is nothing bad.

The location was great in downtown with many cafes and restaurants nearby but it is away from old city and other tourist attractions. The cleanness of the room was the best and the staff will change the towels and provide water every day. Very good value for money overall.

TV screen is small with no English speaking channels 😁 and there is some noise when next room decided to use the shower. Also bed mattress is slightly less comfortable if you are comparing it with 5 star hotels

I booked the hotel, because it is close to the university of Tbilisi, where a conference I was attending took place. The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet side street, it is some 10-15 minutes walk to the Rustaveli metro station and there are a lot of shops and restaurants all around. I had a nice and spacious room on the 6th foor, with the balcony overlooking the inner courtyard (belonging to a school, so quite lively during the mornings - you easily recognize when there is a break between classes). The room had all one needs for a pleasant stay, including a fridge and a safe. Wifi worked well throughout the whole stay. Breakfast is served on the ground floor, inside or in the garden. It starts quite late (8 am officially, 8.15 really), which is not very convenient when you have to attend an event or have a trip planned for the day. The choice of food was decent. I did not like that there was no coffee machine and the man working there had to bring all the food and make coffee at the same time, which meant that the coffee usually arrived when I had already eaten. The same happened to soft drinks served, I only once stayed long enough to get one.

1) For breakfast, see above. 2) The sound isolation was not very good, I could easily hear my neighbors and equally easily track any movements of a family with a little kid which stayed several floors below. 3) At the moment, there is a large reconstruction of streets going on in the area, due to which the entry to the street where the hotel is located is blocked from one side. Not the fault of the hotel, of course, but it makes it more difficult to walk in the area (as you have to go through construction sites).

The staff was extremely nice and pointed out food Muslims avoid. Made us feel very welcomed and the location is pretty close to all the main tourist spots, the receptionist was the sweetest lady who guided us to places we should be visiting. I would definitely come back here again if I visit tblisi. The fact that they also communicated allowing early check-in since we landed at 1am helped us even more!!!

Great breakfast (though rather from 8:30 than 8 available), comfortable big room and bathroom, including refridgerator. Helpful ans friendly staff. Great furnished balcony overlooking the backyard. Windows can be opened - great!

It would have been nice to have a luggage rack in the room to place the suitcase. And there is only tap water but no juice available at breakfast.

Good location (10 min walk to nearest metro station), small grocery shops nearby, amazing Wine Factory by the corner (which is probably the best place to chill, listen to live music and visit various restaurants at once in Tbilisi). Really good breakfast and amazing staff working at the café area :) You can have breakfast indoors or outside in a cozy garden with blossoming roses! Large terrace on the top floor with a nice city view available for residents of the suite, which I totally recommend.

The room was not properly cleaned (an empty plastic bottle, some paper bags, used towels and messy bed). So I had to come down to reception and ask to double check. Not a big deal for me, but still needs to be mentioned.

Excellent customer service and everyone was helpful. Me and my husband just got married and we appreciate the gesture from the management to use one of their suite for our photoshoot. . The guy serving breakfast is amazing and welcoming. Thank you once again Sephia Hotel Team for the wonderful and memorable stay.

Great location, spacious and comfortable room, professional staff, tasty breakfast. There is a washing machine available. The hotel is very good value for money.

Sauna did not work at the time of our stay. WiFi connection quality was very poor in our room. I would prefer to see a bit more diversity of food for breakfast. May be worth adding hair conditioner and body lotion to the room supplies.
