The receptionset team, specifically George ( Go) very nice and have a good cuumincations skills with all guests Also all the house keeping staff are very good and helpful The room is very clean and conformable Also hotel location is good

They should provide a bellboy No varieties in the breakfast buffet They must explain to the guest the pork foods No swimming pool, it will be very useful for such hotel specially in the evening They have one guy in the restaurant his name is George he was very rod.

The technical team! Everything in room was broken, At first we were given a room the wifi coverage was poor, the tv, safebox, telephone not working, the a/c was working. After 1 day, they replaced our room with a better wifi room, this time the a/c, wall outlets between the beds, TV Set, all not working, each time the nice people in reception called the technical staff, they refused to fix anything.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I appreciated the convenient amenities such as the kitchen and lobby, and the WiFi connection was strong. The hot and cold water was available 24/7, and the air conditioning was a nice bonus. The food and drink options on the menu were also a plus.

The only downside was the hotel's location on the outskirts of the city, which could be inconvenient for those without their own transportation or who are not familiar with using taxi apps. There were also a few cosmetic issues in the bathroom, but these seemed like they could easily be fixed.

I faced a problem with hot water, especially at night when no one in the hotel was using it. the staff said it takes time to get the water up to the third floor. we waited almost 20 minutes before the hot water came) sounds sad when you have check-in in a middle of the night

This hotel is amazing. You can meet people from all around the world booking in it . I enjoyed sharing conversations them them. The staff and their manager Diana are so friendly. It is located in quite area that is far from the noise of the centre which is easy to reach by ober , taxis and the metro . Also local and cheap shop abn markets are close to you with very cheap . SPECIAL THANK TO THE PIANIST DURING OUR BREAKFAST.

The rooms were spacious, staff were courteous and very helpful. Special thanks to Giorgi at the front desk who helped with a seamless checkin and checkout. He also allowed me to have a late checkout which was very beneficial.

Decent Breakfast... can have more variety The location is midway between airport and the city but as long as you have bolt app access, your travel would be sorted.

We stayed for five nights, and their services were excellent. I booked a family room (1 double bed and 1 single bed), had a balcony as well for relaxation at evening time, breakfast had varieties and it was delicious. Hotel management takes room cleaneness seriously and we liked it.

The only drawback I noticed was light in the room, which was not to the mark. At evening time, room is very dim because of low light.

I was there in Iveria Inn only for a few hours as I had a flight to catch but found the hotel to be very comfortable. The availability of toiletries was abundant so I didn't have to unpack a lot of my stuff, thank you for that. The hotel is at a comfortable distance from the airport and took me 10-15 minutes to reach. The staff helped me with my luggage as well. Thank you.

Its was one of the best hotel l've ever been. Reception, Special thanks to Giga and was amazing and even help me to pay because I was having trouble with my credit card. And one thing, the view outside my room was incredible with a mountain.
