Lady at the reception was lovely, kind and always willing to help. Nice lobby area and overall concept.

The rooms don’t have any light-blocking curtains, thus once the sun is up, the rooms are bright as day and for people like me sleeping becomes impossible. Pack a sleeping mask if that’s something you can sleep better with in such a situation. Earplugs also are required because Georgian buildings just aren’t very soundproof in general. Upon arrival the night clerk saw a taxi driver was trying to rip me off and unfortunately did nothing to help, didn’t even kick him out. Luckily I am a strong woman, but I wish he would have stood up against injustice and helped someone traveling solo instead of just watching the situation. Guests like to feel safe.

During my stay here I found only good things. These are: 1. Hotel location. It’s really nice infrastructure in this district: about 7 mins to 300 Aragveli metro station, also there is a lot of buses and minibuses. 2. View from the window is gorgeous! Window of my room was in front of Mtatsminda and Rike parks, even it seems to me that it’s possible to see all holiday salutes of Tbilisi through the window! I was especially impressed by New Year’s one. 3. Good internet connection and big enough table, what is an important if you need to work remotely. 4. Tasty breakfasts on the top-floor glazed terrace which has an amazing Mountain View as well. 5. House keeping service. Room and bathroom were clean, there were no strange smell from ventilation. I liked the approach to room cleaning time - nobody disturbs you when it’s not convenient for you. You define when cleaning is needed for your room. My respect for this. 6. Room is equipped with kettle and mini-refrigerator what is really nice to have for long stay. I’d like to thank Timber Boutique Hotel Team for their hospitality and really nice service! Especial thanks to Nana, David and Giorgi, I appreciate your willing to make my stay in your hotel as comfortable as possible. Guys are very attentive and friendly, they’re always glad to help with anything. PS: If you come here on your birthday, you’ll be treated to nice red wine. It was descent price inclusive of daily breakfast, clean, interior design, AC in the room, bidet and the staff

Location doesn’t favor much family with kids because of the walking from and to the public transport. The hotel is a little up on the hill and bit distance from the center. Also there isn’t much near restaurant around and therefore make sure you get your stomach full before heading back to hotel.

First of all thank you Timber Boutique Hotel , We had an amazing time at your place , secondly I have to say for those who wants to stay in this place, they have a great staff , so friendly, so nice and helpful, breakfast was amazing 👏🏻, the hotel was close to city center where you can find tons of great caffe and restaurants 😊 clean room and dinning area 👍🏻 Overall was an amazing place and for sure for this value . Thank you 😊 I highly recommend this place to everyone's.

Internet speed was an issue ,and I want you guys to renew those WIFI routers , they are old enough to get you negative points. Trust me as an IT MAN 😉

The staff was one of the best people we met in Georgia. This was the last hotel in our 6-day trip. They were very accommodating and went the extra mile to make us and the kids comfortable. Hotel is clean as shown in the pics. One of the few true to its online image.

The access to the hotel is not easy for big vehicles, we had a Mercedes-Benz sprinter and we could not come direct to the hotel door. So the driver had to park the vehicle in a parallel road and we had to carry our luggage to the hotel. Elevator is small. So it can take 1 pax with luggage or 2 adults + kids.

Fantastic value for money, very clean and comfortable, in a good location just a short walk away from the nearest metro station and some shops, and I owe a special thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful when I became very unwell with food poisoning halfway through my stay— very grateful for their help/advice when I needed to seek out a pharmacy and whoever was on the front desk asked me how I was doing whenever I managed to make it out of my room. It can be quite scary getting ill in a country where you’ve never been to before and when you are travelling alone, but I felt safe and comfortable in the hotel until I was better enough to get back out. I also loved the resident hotel cats often snoozing away in the lobby, very sweet and friendly. When I first arrived at the hotel, the staff were very helpful in advising me how to get to the nearest metro station and kindly provided me with a metro card that I just needed to top up with cash at the station. It was quite hot and occasionally stormy when I was there and I was grateful for the aircon, which worked very well and kept me cool when I needed it. I’m sad that I missed out on doing/seeing some things due to getting sick, but I can’t wait to come back to Tbilisi again one day and I will definitely be staying here again when I do.

Nothing, no complaints.

The location is good around 18 minutes drive from the airport. Very near to Old town and other attractions. Supermarket and other important shops are at a walking distance. Metro station is also at a walking distance. Halal restaurants are at a half hour walking distance or a Bolt ride of 6 Lari. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms have required amenities. We didn't have Shattaf (Muslim shower) in one of the rooms toilet, the staff got it installed the very next day. Breakfast is decent. They do not have parking within the premises, however, they find a place for your car to be parked.

Excellent hotel with charming friendly staff that helped us with everything along the way. Beautifully decorated lobby and the rooms. Everything is tastefully done. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is ok. All amenities are provided. Would stay here again. Things to consider if you have a car: due to the narrow street there is no parking right in front of the building, but there is good place in just 1 minute walk from the building. Hotel personnel kindly showed us where we can park.

A nuance not related to the hotel, but rather to the neighborhood: there aren't a lot of good restaurants or coffee places nearby. All main attractions primarily on the other side of the river and within 30-40 minute walking distance. So if you stay here as a tourist, be ready to use a car, taxi or a public transport.

It was a coazy and clean place with very helpful staff. The dining area had great view. The breakfasts were absolutely tasty, varied from day to day, and were served perfectly. The lady and the gentleman in charge of the hotel were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were not careful choosing our room and they upgraded our room without charging extra. We will definitely consider staying there traveling to Tbilisi again.

You should be careful choosing room there. Economy rooms are quite basic. There is no closet in economy rooms. Also none of the rooms have safebox in them.

I had a bad morning at the airport when I arrived in Tbilisi then I decided to book this hotel. The staffs were superb. I was able to check in at around 9, just need to wait a little after I arrived at hotel. They let me to have breakfast at the day I checked in, it was on the higher floor with lovely scenery. The staffs also lend me simcard and transportation card for me. I forget the name of the receptionists, but they're 2 girls which are very look alike. Thank you so much, you made my day easier! It's easy to get from airport by bus to this hotel with a little walk. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Tbilisi.
