We recently stayed at this hotel for one night and had a fantastic experience. Even though we arrived much earlier than the official check-in time, the staff was very accommodating and even offered us some delicious coffee and traditional Easter dish (paska). The room was spotlessly clean and quiet, with no noise from the street. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options to choose from. Throughout our stay, the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

The room was beautiful, it was worth every penny spent. The staff were so amazing and friendly, literally all of them at the reception were so helpful. A special thanks to Kate for assisting me with amending my booking, she was so understanding and helpful.

Not really the hotel’s fault, but Bolt had problems navigating to the hotel.

Room interior is nice and modern. Personnel at reception are always happy to help. It was nice to get an offer to extend my stay at the same price.

WiFi in room 307 was quite slow and not always stable. I wish a couple of chairs were in the lobby so that you could take a seat while waiting for a cab/taxi. On Mar-10 at approx. 9 pm, there was no hot water (at least not hot enough to take shower). Apart from that, the hotel is great. I would stay here next time for sure.

Spent a night here on a business trip, and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel was quite close to my destination as well as the city center. The room was very clean and comfortable, I'd highly recommend this hotel! And I MUST mention how nice and friendly was the staff!

Well they have the best staffs i ever met in my travel. All can speak english and very polite and friendly. They even assisted my wife to order food online and they delivered it to our room. The reception is indeed 24/7 available!

I had a really amazing stay at this hotel after a long drive from Yerevan. The room was very clean, no cigarette smell. The bathroom was brand new with high quality items. The A/C was silent and working perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended place!! I will surely come back :)

Its a great hotel, with great buffet breakfast. We have loved in a different hotel in the city centre, then moved here , the hotel was only 25 minute walk from city centre but cheaper and 100% better than the hotels in city centre. Very clean, very good quality interior.

Amazing staff, very friendly receptionist. Room looks exactly as it is on the pictures.

Linen was very low quality, because of this it was very hot during the night. You could hear people using light switches and plugs from the next door.

I think it's a new hotel with fresh renovation, so I like cleanliness, comfort and good personnel attitude. Also it has very good price-to-value ratio.

Staff are very polite and they speak english, very clean hotel, breakfast is very good and they have variety of choices, location is very quite and few minutes away from old tbilisi
