Great location. Excellent staff, rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Tbilisi is not the cheapest place to stay in Georgia if you are looking for a 3 star plus hotel but it is a unique and special city. This was my second time in town but it was just a drive through. Well, there is no simple drive through Tbilisi at rush hour, it's a tricky place to drive a car and the Google maps can only do so much for you. I had a car and missed the place a few times due to one way streets and some bad GPS directions but it's actually very easy to find if you have a sense of the place. I booked ultra short notice and the staff was totally on it, fully expecting me when I arrive and greeting me very kindly. Nothing but true hospitality. The kind people give from their heart, not because they have to. A perfect stay for me, good value for the money, amazing views form the room, parking, and great food at the restaurant (I was too tired to walk into Old Town). Everything I needed at the moment, delivered warmly with real hospitality.

The hotel is in a very good location, extraordinary and attentive people work in the reception and breakfast area.The mattress is of high quality and everything is perfectly clean. room is equipped with all necessary things. I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

- The breakfast needs better organization. We couldn’t eat anything on our last day because the staff were very slow to refill basics such as scrambled eggs and cheese (we left after waiting for over 30-40 mins with no sign of any refill). Guests were also looking for plates but it took over 15 minutes for one of the staff to realize he only needed to move the plates from the cabinets below the buffet up to the buffet (could have been done the first time people asked for plates). - Parking is a bit tricky, so make sure you contact the hotel in advance to remove the barriers otherwise you will block the bus lane

Breakfast was good, healthy, good portions, but several times I had to request for spoons or black tea sachets as none were left and staff was not caring to replenish

they somehow did not like to turn on the lights on floor 2 and I had to ask to turn them on, the cleaning lady was forgetting to put in toilet paper or face towels for 2 and I had to ask to bring those A couple of times I was not able to park my car at their parking lot as they let someone in (not a hotel resident) to park^ I had to search for an alternative parking place

The hotel was excellent value for money, the staff were excellent and the room was clean and very nicely decorated. The Aircon was ice cold and whisper quiet. I will definitely be staying here again if visiting Tbilisi. The housekeeping did an excellent job. Great views of the city and river from the balcony, very peaceful haven.

I liked everything about this hotel.

I've been already in Tbilisi once, but this stay exceeded all my previous experiences. The scenery from the balcony, the helpful and nice staff made my stay to a unique experience. As I left, I had no pending wishes, everyone of them were fulfilled and I received lots of help from the receptionist. The cleaning staff was very pleasant and they even found my lost item before leaving.

The view from the balcony was great and the reception staff and the breakfast waiter were lovely to me.The room was clean and comfortable, apart from the temperature.

If you want something hot and like eggs, the breakfast is great. If you don't, I hope you like porridge with bananas. And the room was very hot and I couldn't figure out how to turn the radiator down/off. Otherwise, all very nice.

Margot Old Tbilisi has an incredible view of Tbilisi, the river, and the surrounding mountains. The hotel has a unique and trendy style and was very clean. The staff were accommodating. The dining room also has an awesome terrace and general view of the city. Europe Square is also in walking distance (around 10 minutes), and is not a bad walk. Highly recommend!

With a stunning view and great service Old Margot was an amazing experience for us. they provide free parking for self-driven cars which was an added benefit on our road trip. To explore old Tbilisi, the fort and other beautiful spots we walked just 20-30 mins maximum. truly a fantastic location. our balcony and windows gave us fabulous views of the river with the town spread ahead. 1000% recommend.
