Worst staff I have ever encountered, bunch of liars and scammers. They charged my friend an additional 250 lari for 1 night when the rates are completely different on booking. I also ordered a room with 2 twin beds but they gave me 1 bed and promised to change it afterwards but that never happened. I have never seen a bad 4 star hotel like this and I would warn tourists who speak English to find a local first before entering this rip off hotel because once they notice they can make some extra on you they will do it.

The hotel is located at the beginning of Havlabar historical district, near Europe Square and Metekhi Monastery. The street of the hotel is very calm and quiet. A view of Kur river and Narikala fortress opens from the window. From the hotel you can walk to all the sights of the city. The morning breakfast is of high quality. The furnishings of the rooms are very high quality and comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff is exceptionally kind, every day the rooms were cleaned, tea, coffee, water, sugar were put. The car was parked in the inner courtyard of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Tbilisi.

The staff was very polite and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very good as everything is nearby. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and will definitely come back.

Nice location close to the old center. Also the staff is all very kind and helpful and speaks English very well. The swimming pool on top is super to cool off on a hot day (and the days can be hot in summer ..). We needed to leave the hotel early (7 pm) and they prepared a breakfast box for us. Definitely would recommend this place.

My third time staying here and I will continue to return. Amazing staff, the location was great, breakfast is very good. It’s a bonus to have the swimming pool and sauna here too. 100% recommend

Great location in one of the few renovated streets of the old tbilisi. Amazing with the pool on the roof to cool down after a day of sightseeing. The hotel works with a driver to book airport transfers, very practical especially on the way back when the flight goes in the middle of the night.

The breakfast does not offer a very large selection but it does the job. The pillows were huge and hard. We ended up just packing some towels in the pillow case after the first night. There did not seem to be storage for extra rolls of toilet papers in the rooms (or at least I didn't find), that was slightly unpractical to need to go down to ask for more at the reception each time it was needed.

The manager and the staff are great people. The rooms are cleaned up very nicely by Tanya and her colleague. Aram and Igor are good at the front desk and they are also very informative and helpful. Mila is very informative and caring, throughout the whole stay she made sure that her guests had a unforgettable stay and gave us advice on multiple places to visit and she has great communication skills and a little bit of jokes.

The pen at the reception had a little bit of ink that was missing in order to be able to fluently write anything down.

Reception is very welcoming, thank you to Igor and Milena and other girls ! Breakfast was nice, I was with kids and asked once for additional panecakes (we came late), it was done and it was delicious - thank you! Kind cleaning ladies. Very nice swimming pool and area around, just great, we wish to stay there longer. Situation is very nice, calm place, just 5-7 min walking from the center.

Maybe to have a bit bigger choice in the bar ? Probably, it was not a season. Possibilty to buy a glass of wine and not a bottle :)

We stayed for one night in the suite, which is very spacious and has a lovely balcony and a separate sitting area. Hotel is on a pretty historic street, with great view of the fortress, and walking distance to old town. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. Did not use the pool but it looked lovely and relaxing. Our flight was early so we missed breakfast, but they prepared an exceptionally lovely take-away option for us.

There was a strange smell in the room, particularly in the bedroom. We could not get the AC below 23 degrees Celsius so it was a bit warm. Our GPS had a hard time finding the hotel so we got lost in the narrow one-way streets (not the property’s fault, but if you have a car, this may not be the best option for you).
