Excellent location, lovely view of Holy Trinity Church from our room and the rooftop terrace. Approximately 5 mins walk to the sulfur bath houses. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and has excellent variety. Staff was helpful even though they are not fluent in English. Availability of parking in front of the Hotel

Hotel is located on a small hill - you have to walk up and down the hill to reach the old town - keep this in mind if you are unfit !

One minor thing - a shelf in our room broke. It was already flimsy and crushed when we put things on it.

I booked an economy room but I was upgraded. I got a suite with a jacuzzi and an espectacular view over Tbilisi (Room 401). Everyday in my room I was provided with tea, coffee and mineral water for free. The first day I received red wine and traditional Georgian dried fruit as a welcome present. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful so were the cook and the waitress at the breakfast service. The food was really healthy and though (I musst confess) I ate a lot, I never got a tummy ache. The reception was open 24 hours a day and the hotel was located in Old Tbilisi a few minutes away from the bath houses and the main tourist attractions. Excellent value for money!

The breakfast was the best we've had in hotels!! The cateen staff was welcoming and there was a terrace with a great view. The panoramic view from the room was fantastic, made possible by the location, the floor-to-ceiling glass doors & windows, and the balcony! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central and high up in the hills.

There was construction outside, which was loud and dusty, but it should be a temporary problem, also the sound isolation was okay if you close the doors. The room was smaller than expected but not bad.

The room was very clean, the balcony was large and beautiful. Especially the staff was very polite and respectful regarding meet our demands. No matter what time it is, they are helpful in a friendly way. It's close to the old town city center. If you go by car, you can park in front of the hotel. If you want to go to a far distance part of the city, the minibus passes in front of the hotel. This is the great hotel where you will want to take a rest after a tiring day.

The short distance we walk from the city center to the hotel, you have to walk uphill. However, it is not tiring and it can be ignored considering the amenities offered by this hotel.

I came to Tbilisi many times, but as a hospitality and welcoming like this hotel I did not find, the staff were very friendly, helpful and cheerful, my room was upgraded to a room on the terrace with a beautiful view without charge, they offered me local wine with nuts upon arrival, and on the last day I sat in The bar and I had some drinks and they said it was at the expense of the hotel, I thank them all and of course I will visit this place again and will recommend it to my friends

Everything was faultless. They are working a very disciplined manner. We will manage to come back as soon as possible. In addition, the breakfast buffet was very yummy. You can also prefer having the dinner at the hotel; because, the variety and taste of the dishes was fabulous. The manager of the hotel was so kind that we admired her. To recap, we were very satisfied with the courtesy of the administration. I really apperiate it.

The room and bathroom were as expected. Great view of the city from the balcony.

We stayed four nights, and they never came around to cleaning the room, giving us new towels or new toilet paper, which we ran out of, even though we placed a sign saying we wanted room cleaning. We also booked a double bed, but got two single beds next to each other, that kept drifting apart.
