I like the stay in Piano Hotel, it takes you back for the "Old is Gold" era. The owner "Mr. Paata" is so helpful man with a smile always on his face. The staff were very friendly, specially Mrs. Vera who was so helpful and friendly. I surely recommend this awesome style hotel. Regardless the bad situation i had with, Mrs. Maiko, who speaks bad English and cannot communicate in a proper way with guests. She made my RPM reaches the highest level.

The location is in old tbilisi, where it's a must visit location, however, you have to walk and walk, while I'm a man who doesn't like too much walking.

The location was great, close to the old city but on a quiet street with free parking. We’ve stayed in the Japanese room and Oriental room and would recommend the Japanese room. It has a bit more space, a proper couch and we found the bath tub in the oriental room not as practical. The different themes of the rooms were a nice touch.

In both rooms we have experienced fluctuating water pressure in the shower and from the taps. To the point where it was so low, it wasn’t comfortable to shower. We always waited until it came back and then it was fine but it was inconvenient. Not a big problem for us but access to the hotel and rooms is via a set of stairs, it’s not suitable for people who are less mobile.

We are a family of four and have stayed here 4 times already. Our 6 year old daughter is the biggest fan and we will come back again next time we visit Tbilisi. They always make us feel like home. Staff is amazing. Parking is available. Location is 10 min away from the old city. Rooms are reasonably priced. Need to know that it's a small boutique hotel therefore do not expect to have great views of the city or fancy facilities as in some big hotels of course. But the Value for the money is top in the area. To summarize it is the Best option if you need a small boutique and inexpensive hotel in the old city.

The best atmosphere in a hotel I’ve ever experienced. We booked 5 rooms for our friends and family for our wedding trip to Georgia and the staff was extremely welcoming. They helped us with every single thing we needed, allowed us to use their phone number to order food to the hotel, and the rooms were always clean. I loved the space for everyone to sit, very cozy. Thank you so much!!!

The only disadvantage is the lack of breakfast, you can only order a coffee for now (the hotel staff explained this is because of Covid, the kitchen still isn’t working) The bathrooms could use a better ventilation, as the space can get very humid for a while after a hot tub. but nevertheless it didn’t disappoint.

Interior is fantastic! Looks like an museum. It reminds me of quest room 😄 Clean. The beds were very comfortable. Interior in style of 20's. Nice staff. Good location -- it took 10 minutes to get to the city center and sight seeing.

The smell from the bathroom poisoned all impression. Guess that's why our room was x2 cheaper. And one of the towels wasn't properly clean. It stank badly. There were no water bottles, tea bags and tea pot. I would appreciate these things. Thought downstairs there were a cafe with drinks.

The rooms were very well designed according the to theme. The room was very clean with friendly customer service from the reception. The location is near to the Tblisi old town (10 mins by walk). All in all I liked everything. It was a comfortable stay.

The address is a bit tricky to find as Taxi drivers take you to one street above the street where entrance is located. But once you find out, it is very easily accessible.

Really nice boutique hotel, with an amazing ambience and character. I stayed in the industrial room, which was as I expected, with some nice views across the river at night. I was here in the winter, but I could imagine this place has a wonderful feeling in the outside courtyards in the warmest months. The room had a huge TV and really pleasent shower. The host was friendly and helpful, even in these COVID times.

It's in the old town, and a little bit away from the heart of the city, maybe 20 mins walk, either along the river or through the backstreets (which are hilly).

We recently stayed at the hotel during our short trip in Tbilisi. It was a great experience and truly enjoyable stay! Loved the service, everyone were really nice and helpful. The hotel's location is also great. Close to all the key places of interest! Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean! Will definitely come again :)
