Great atmosphere and location. Not so good room service. Nice and clean hotel within walking distance of the Old town and metro station Avlabari. Standard room with a king-size bed was quite comfortable for a family of 3 (2 adults and 5yo kid). Friendly and hospitality reception staff. We spent four days in winter. It was cool in the room. No central heating, the only air conditioner. Breakfast was good, with fruits (apples, banana, oranges), fresh juice, coffee and tea, really tasty omelet, bacon. Excellent internet connection.

We were a bit disappointed with room service. It was not so good as in Holiday inn hotels I stayed before in different countries.

The ladies at the receptionist were lovely and most flexible. I actually stayed at the hotel for 7 nights during the the period of 15 to 24 September.

The tables in the breakfast room were sometimes covered with dirty dishes and not a single staff member was around. At the beginning of breakfast customers were waiting for the buffet to be filled up and in a while for the coffee machines to be maintained.

The room was very newish and clean, giving a very comfortable stay. reception desk staff were extremely professional. decent breakfast.

comparing to rest of things the facility could look at minute details. I found the face tissue box was never filled back. Cofee sachets we’re not filled back. The plastic tumblers kept in the room were below the standard. I had to wait 30 minutes to check in - I understand they accepted some late check out.

Everything was perfect! Clean specious rooms. Fast Wi-Fi in a whole hotel. Beautiful design. Good quality shampoo, hand and body soap with a great smell. Big and comfortable meeting room for groups. There were no slippers and toothbrushes when we enter the rooms, but we asked and they provide us everything. Thank you for everything!!!

This is a modern, comfortable, very clean hotel. The staff are extremely helpful. The beds and pillows are comfortable. There is a good range of food for breakfast. I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is right next door to Avlabari metro station.

Location is perfect, very close to everything. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and fresh, city view is amazing. Breakfast is very tasty and various.

the heating system was not working properly, some nights were very cold

brand new, very clean, nice modern designs, super nice staff. big rooms.

1- if you have a lot of clothes with you, there isn’t a closet available in the room, no drawers, only a small space to hang some clothes and it’s open, without a door. 2- there is no Toilet Bidet spray like we saw in other places in Georgia.
