The rooms are very clean and had good amenities. For what they do not have, the staff are eager to suggest solutions. For example, we had some food leftovers and wanted to check if the hotel has microwave. While they do not, they offered to help us heat up in the hotel’s restaurant if we needed. The staff were also fast to inform us proactively if there is anything wrong, and took care to follow up with updates. Shortly after our check in, we received a call from the hotel to inform us of hot water issues. This was still early in the afternoon and we didn’t need hot water yet. We went out for some shopping and went back in half an hour. A staff we encountered in the walkway approached us and told us that the hot water problem was resolved. It didn’t seem like an important thing at that point to us, until we experienced hot water issues at another hotel where the staff were less ready to communicate. It was then we realised how thoughtful the service at Tbilisi Chambers was. The hotel is really close to the train station - walkable distance. We booked a night there as we were bound for Zugdidi the next morning and was pleased to find out that the train station is just across the corner. There is also a small Carrefour in the same building as the hotel, which is really handy.

None. There was some waiting during check out and we had to run for our train, but that is understandable and can be resolved by checking out earlier next time.

Very clean and new. Room quite small but confortable,ideal for short stays. Very close to the train station and metro station. Staff very friendly. Very good buffet breakfast.

Important information: the address mentioned in booking.com is not correct. You won't find any hotel at 24 Queen Tamar Avenue. You will have to walk until the Carrefour supermarket and turn on the small street on the left. After about 20 meters you will find the hotel's entrance.

The bed is super comfortable. The place is clean and well equipped. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

The location. I didn't find it safe to walk around at late night. They're a lot packs of dog roaming around. Also, I faced drunk people shouting and arguing in the middle of the street. The bazaar on the back street making a lot of trash smelling really bad.

We booked it since it was right across the street from the train station that we had to be at early the next morning. The staff was very friendly and even agreed to store my sons luggage for a week at no extra charge. The room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms and beds were really, really comfortable. The hotel it's 3 minutes walking from the main train station in Tbilisi. The staff as well were nice and trying to help us on every moment.
