I booked this property for my in-laws who visited Tbilisi for the first time. The hotel was absolutely charming. Central location with the busy street just few steps away. The house itself is charming and the room was nicely decorated and had a balcony with the view on the Mtatsminda. Personnel was attentive and helpful. There is no elevator but they helped carrying suitcases up the stairs.

The only unpleasant part of the stay was a very long waiting time in order to get a breakfast (40 min) even at time when there were not many guests at all and on several occasions. Personnel was made aware and they apologised as well.

What made this hotel stand out were the attentive staff and beautiful decor/ambience. The hotel is set in a 19th century building and you can see that the owners and staff take pride in the building’s history and charm. Every room has maintained character, while also being freshly renovated. The decor and furnishings are all very elegant and purposeful. The reception desk is open 24/7 and they are always happy to help. When we mentioned a small issue with our air conditioning, they came to sort it out right away. The location is just off a vibrant high street, we were able to walk to most places of interest (10-35 minutes by foot). If you don’t like walking, Bolt taxis are exceptionally cheap.

Breakfast is included and you order from the menu but just note that some things (real coffee, fresh juices, smoked salmon, eggs benedict) are not included and must be paid for.

The Hotel itself has been renovated to a very high standard and has a very top end Boutique feel (fantastic staircase, restaurant and bar area) The hotel was located near the Metro so getting anywhere was easy or within walking distance. The room was on the small side but adequate and air conditioned. Breakfast was a la carte cooked to order (20 minutes so you may want to order earlier than arriving) The food was delicious and well presented I looked forward to it everyday!

It wasn't clear on the menu what was included and what was extra (a few questions and this was sorted) No Lift so a bit of a dead climbing the stairs.. not an issue but if you struggle with stairs its not for you.

What an amazing way to start and finish our first trip to Georgia. The Unfound Door staff were helpful from the moment we booked our reservation until we (sadly) departed after 2 amazing weeks. Our two bedroom room was simply amazing, with every detail for an enjoyable stay at our fingertips. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay here. The location is nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed being a bit outside of the tourist track; enjoying instead a true local experience.

We thought the breakfast could have embraced Georgian cuisine. Given the hotel only had 7 rooms (more are coming!!!!), I understand why they can’t put an entire buffet spread out each day, but rather than a western spread, consider adding Georgian fare to the choices.

The hotel is located in an old German district - Chugureti - inside the historical building, there are a lot of museums (e.g. Art Palace of Georgia, Pirosmani museum and even Selfie museum), Deserter bazaar and plenty of trendy and traditional restaurants. Davit Aghmashenebeli Ave was recently renovated and it was a great pleasure to walk around beautiful old mansions. We had a Junior suite, it was very spacious, light and comfortable. There is also a balcony with a nice view of Mtatsminda park and cozy backyards covered with grape leaves. You also can order food and drinks from the downstairs restaurant and bar.

As the hotel occupies the 19th century building there are certain specifics. There is no elevator so you need to use stairs to get to the third floor where the rooms are situated. Also the owners kept the original floor, windows, doors. it looks fantastic but the sound proof is not perfect. Please also note that the entrance is not from the avenue, you need to take a turn near the pharmacy and walk around 30 meters.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning historic building with an exceptional team who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a lovely stay. Hand-written welcome note in the room. Excellent communication before and during the stay, help with reservations. Beautifully appointed room, heavenly bed, plush bathrobes, great products in the bathroom. The entire property smells divine. Exceptionally quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Great breakfasts, fast internet. Secure parking nearby can be arranged for a very reasonable price. A little bit of a walk to the main sights, but with Bolt being so cheap, we just took it everywhere. Amazing cocktails in the bar. It was an oasis of peace and calm, and I would be happy to return anytime.

We really enjoyed our stay in Unfound Door Hotel. From the arrival we felt very welcomed and were given lots of good advice. All of the staff upstairs and downstairs in restaurant were superb. They were very attentive and making sure we enjoy our stay! Hotel is really beautiful inside and our room was good size. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic - we really enjoyed our stay here and made our trip to Tbilisi great

I would have left 10 marks but only thing is was a bit weird to have reception so close to our room. Sometimes you could hear people talking in the hallway early in the morning. I understand not much can be done about it but when booking the room I would maybe ask for the room further down the hall as it's definitely worth staying here!

Alina took the time to understand the occasion and recommended the perfect arrangement that exceeded all our expectations. Her warm and friendly demeanor made it a joy to interact with her. I also loved the small details and thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. The room was immaculate, and the bathroom was stocked with high-quality amenities. The daily breakfast spread was delicious with a wide selection of locally sourced food. Overall, my spouse and I had an amazing experience at your hotel and will gladly recommend it to our friends and family. The Unfound Door Hotel provided us the perfect romantic getaway we were looking for. A beautiful hotel in a traditional Georgian style, this small boutique hotel is in a great location away from the touristy old town but close to a metro. The staff provided an exceptional level of service: helpful and friendly as well as speaking very good English. Breakfast is served in the ground floor restaurant/ bar and was freshly made to order.

The only downside which may be an issue for those with mobility issues is that the hotel is on the second floor and there is no lift - maybe an issue for some.

Great Stylish Place and amazing staff. All of them were super friendly helpful and genuine. The restaurant has some great cocktails with themes on local ingredients. The staff where on hand 24/7 and really conveyed the perfect balance of personal and professional.

It's a boutique hotel so it lacked things I'd normally expect in a chain like Gym or Pool, but it had a friendly feel that while the bigger hotel chains are more impersonal.
