Great concept of the design of the rooms. It looks better on the photos though, in the day light the room look pretty old. Bed and pillows were super comfortable, that was the best to just chill in the bed. Room had the music speaker which is cool! however, it didn’t stop my neighbors to play music loudly at midnight when I had to get up early in the morning to the airport 😤 You can play with the colors of the light in the room, but I couldn’t get some colors like blue or purple, it seems like the light system is too old or broken. The staff was very helpful when I called them and asked to find people who play loud music at night, they helped but it took a while.

The quality of the materials in the room: pretty old. Not soundproof rooms, I could hear everything and especially the noise from the road. Breakfast is not recommended.

the staff is very friendly and helpful if you speak to a receptionist woman her smile never leaves her face that means you are speaking to Anastasia she is a gorgeous lady and very helpful the room is very big and equipped with full facilities which any person needs to enjoy his vacation.

-Location. Hotel is about 40 minutes walk from most tourist attractions -High-tec design is great, but light coloured materials in the hotel are a bit worn-up, have some stains on walls and carpet -A light sent of smoke in the room- it was well cleaned but still exist

Despite an issue with my reservation due to a delay in arrival, the staff were able to quickly resolve my issue and find a suitable solution.

Not being able to get a message to the hotel directly to advise them of a missed flight connection. Had I been able to do this, the issue on arrival would not have presented itself.

A perfect place to stay in tbilisi, All the reception staffs were very cooperative and friendly. I checked in around 5 am early morning and it was quick and easy without any hassle. Gym is great, location is perfect and nearby to a famous street with alots of Dining and shopping options. Anyone Going from Saudi to Tbilisi must book this hotel.

If u Somme they give you 500 gel fine and they change the bed sheet every 3 days and you have to tell them to change otherwise they ll never change

I like the colors in the room, great lighting for the mood room. Workers was very helpful and kind. Great location for glovo. Will go back.

Not able to change bed sheets until 3 days, my stay was 3 days so I had no option for a clean bed when I needed.

Mind-blowing concept Urban flow 👌 Designs are just refreshing , really happy to see something different for an affordable price From the seatings to the bathroom everything is unique , bidet with heat adjustment is the highlight I will suggest this place to anyone who prefers high end hotels .. come and be amazed and save some bucks too

Staying with hostel for 25 days,Hotel location is very good,it’s in the centre of city.Rooms are clean and well maintained. All hotel staffs behaviour are excellent specially receptionist and Manager Ms.Anastasia I personally give 5 Star
