Beautiful room

The page on Booking says there is free parking. There is no parking lot at all! There are a few parking slots along the road which are paid and they are almost always all taken. As foreigners we could not figure out how to pay for the parking there and spent 2 hours looking for a closed guarded parking lot around the city. So we felt let down because we lost precious time instead of walking around the beautiful city.

Stayed one night while in transit. Smooth check-in. Nice, tidy, clean, modern room. Quiet despite being on a busy street. All usual facilities, including kettle with tea and coffee. Breakfast was included but I left too early to see what it was like. On main street of 'old new town' which is quite busy and has lots of shops. About 15 minutes from railway station (which is what I wanted) and metro. Some way from the 'old old town'.

Signposting could be better. The reception area smelt of cigarette smoke despite non-smoking signs. Fortunately, the room was fine. Fridge smelt of garlic - and didn't work either. Perhaps a little dusty.

Very helpful staff. When I had to arrive two days late, they offered to give me money back for first two nights. I didn’t even have to ask. Also originally I was put into a room with a bed I didn’t like- almost immediately they prepared another room. Location is perfect, subway, river and old rustic streets are very close. Two supermarkets right next door to hotel. The breakfast is good too

The shower cabin wasn’t sealed off well so some water always ended up on the floor.

my five night stay at this hotel was exceptional. The delicious breakfast, immaculate rooms, and humble staff made it a truly memorable experience. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel valued as a guest.

The location was really good, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious and clean. And top of all, the staff there was really helpful , and always available to support and make us comfortable. I would also like to highlight the support from Grig, who is always willing to help and arrange whatever is necessary to make the entire holiday smooth and comfortable. Because of Grig, we booked the hotel again for the second time, and i would highly recommend Gladius Inn for the stay.

რეკომენდაციას ვუწევ ამ სასტუმროს ვისაც უნდა კარგად და მყუდრო გარემოში დასვენება. მალევე შევჩექინდით ჩვენს ნომრებში, როგორც აღმოჩნდა სასტუმრომ აფგრეიდი გაგვიკეთა და მადლობა მათ ამისთვის. ნომერი გვქონდა ქუჩის მხარეს, მიუხედავად ამისა არ შევუწუხებივართ ხმაურს და კარგად გამოვიძინეთ. სტაფი ყურადღებიანი და მომღიმარი. განსაკუთრებით კარგი შთაბეჭდილება მოახდინა ფრონტ ოფისის თანამშრომელმა, სახელად ლევანი, რომლის ღიმილიც და თბილი დამოკიდებულება სტუმრების მიმართ არ არის შაბლონური და ამას ის გულით აკეთებს. დაუზარელად მიგვაცილა ნომრებამდე და ყველაფერი იღონა რომ თავი კარგად გვეგრძნო. ერთადერთი რჩევის სახით საუზმეს ვისურვებდით მრავალფეროვანს. ჩვენ აუცილებლად ვესტუმრებით ამ სასტუმროს.

The room was as in the pictures, very impressive and nice looking. It's close to the center and to the metro. You can enter and leave at any time, water was free of charge in small bottles. Workers are welcoming.

Breakfast, was every day almost the same, with kids was difficult to find something suitable. The have no coffee machine, just powder coffee. They never changed the towels or took the trash away.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for five nights, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The hotel's breakfast was absolutely wonderful, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and nice. Additionally, the staff was extremely humble and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

- the hotel is located on a nice touristic street. Although it is not an old city, the place is still quite attractive and has many grocery stores, restaraunts, banks and exchanges, metro station. - the staff is friendly and willing to help - the room condition was very good and it felt like a very new hotel (i think it actually is). - the rooms are really nicely designed and decorated! - ac worked perfectly - my room was equipped with a workspace, sofa, coffee table which is not usual but super nice to have.

- breakfast is quite modest. - wifi connection was not able to handle watching a series online in evenings.

I loved that the property is right in the center of the city. It has everything nearby - pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants/cafes, art palaces, local markets and bazaars. Main attractions in Tbilisi isn't far from this place, you can catch the metro and bus nearby or if you prefer, taxis can easily stop in this location. The rooms are very clean, the bed is so comfortable and smart tvs are available (including youtube, netflix). Interior design of the rooms are wonderful too and the staff is very friendly. Especially Giorgi (George) and Anri. They can make pcr test in the hotel as well if needed.

The lamps weren't working so the room was a bit too dark for me. The hairdryer was broken as well but they easily fixed this for me in just a few hours - during this time they actually let me stay in their biggest room free of cost which i thought was a really kind and thoughtful gesture from them. Their breakfast could use a better variety though but its a small hotel so its ok. I didn't expect much. I also didn't really like much that there was no elevator so if you have heavy bags, just know you'll have to use the stairs but the staff does help you carry your things and its just small steps. Not very long.
