Good location, I had a room with streetview and it was rather calm. Quite wide room with elementary furnitures for this price; you have what you need; the bathroom is clean and wide enough. The bed was comfy. I asked for a late check-in and a parking slot, both have been provided with good information. Most of my requests have been listened. The service provided by Huma was good, and the man at the Reception was also OK. This hotel has a very good value for money.

I did not have most of the late check-in information early enough to my opinion(after 15h, on the day of arrival), making me change my plans and cancel some activities to arrive earlier. I asked for a real queen or kind bed, above all not 2 beds sticked together, but I had finally these 2 beds sticked with one sheet hiding it. Also, this is more a problem for the hotel than for the guests: I gave my bank card details on phone prior my arrival so as to let them charge the night on it, but when I arrived my card has not been checked : I could have told them the card details of anyone else, this is an usual fraud so, to the Receptionists : be careful !

I arrived in the evening and the receptionist was very helpful.The room was clean and the bed excellent --and the room was also very quiet which was great! There is a lovely bakery just adjacent to the hotel which offers great bagels and regional specialty baking - love the Streuselbrötchen! The train station is located on the other site of the street and covers basic shopping needs including the forgotten toothbrush.

It would be good to be able to decide in the morning rather than the previous evening whether or not one wished to have breakfast participation.

I just love the beds and the pillows the sheets and quilts are lovely and clean and crisp. The towels smwll lovely and are fluffy and soft. The hotel is quiet even though it seemed busy at breakfast. Its very close to the station and a 10minute walk into the centre of Aachen. It was nice and warm in the room. There is somewhere to store your cases after checkout time. Nice cafe next door for a cake and lattee coffee.

There is nothing we diddent like. The only thing that needed attention which I forgot to mention was the shower holder was broken so had to hold the shower head while showering. Room 101

This is an awesome property for any budget traveller: right in front of th train station and close to bus connections. It was super quiet, the breakfast was adequate, with quite a few eateries around the location, you do not have to struggle much. I stayed here for one night, but I will surely come back!!

Nothing to complain about. They were particular about the 2PM check in, and I arrived from an early connection from Varna, but they provided a luggage room, so I could leave my stuff and go around the town!

The breakfast offered a very good selection of items and drinks, and the staff replenished them regularly. The bedroom was kept very clean, and was light and airy. The shower was very easy to use.

I would have liked a disposable cup for my toothbrush and perhaps also one in the main bedroom.(I would not have disposed of these each day but would have reused them). The pillow was just slightly soft for me.

The room was basic, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and it was the best pillow. The shower was lovely.

I would like to have had the nightstand on the left side of the bed but it was a fixed headboard. The only thing that really upset me was on the morning of checkout I packed all my things up and put it all on the hanging space. I went out next door for a coffee and when I came back my door was wide open. I think maybe the cleaner opened the door to see if the room was empty and it did look like it was vacated but my handbag with my passport etc was behind the door. There was not any staff to go and talk to about it. This wont stop me staying there again when I come to visit my grandaughter who lives in Aachan.

Hotel was right across the road from the central station and a short 10-15min walk into the old town. We came by car and there are a few car spots in a courtyard a couple of doors down from the hotel out the back, you would need to reserve. The cost was €10 a night. The room was large and bright and clean. There is also a great bakery on the corner of the block.

No kettle in the room for making tea & Coffee.

Great location in Aachen for the centre and travel, being next to the main station. Good price for this standard of accommodation. Early departure eliminated any breakfast.

Relatively basic accommodation, commensurate with the price. Some quiet rooms at the rear otherwise could be prone to traffic noise. One or two little niggles like loose fittings and slight examples of dusty corners in rooms.

The room looked onto a vey busy street but the windows were so good we could sleep in the morning. The solution for checking in late worked really well.

Not actually a problem for us as we organised the late check-in before hand but we didn't see any staff at all, even in the morning. This could be an issue if guests need directions or have questions aabout the local area.

Excellent value. Free luggage storage (unexpected -put it in the blurb!). Massive comfortable bed. Location ideal - right by station and easy walk to attractions. Clean and spacious.

Need to fix bathroom door - dragging badly. Husband found toilet a bit small. Walls a bit thin if you are unlucky in your neighbours! Slightly scruffy entrance/lift, but really who cares when the room is good?
