The hotel is in a paid parking area but 5 minutes walking you can park for free, there is a nice self checking system, the room is nice and comfortable, our room also has a nice terrace. 20 minutes walking to the center.

It is not possible to get a cappuccino or warm milk for breakfast. I tried to use the machine but it did not work and the person working there for the breakfast service told me not to do it so I guess that it is not working properly. The breakfast room is very small, we had to share our table, I wonder how they manage in high season.

The room I booked in this small hotel, was quite large, spotlessly clean, and quiet at night. No views whatsoever (glazed window facing a residential building) but I honestly don't care as the value was unbelievable. Good sized bathroom (also very clean), with all the basics covered, a kettle, hairdryer, etc. There's an extra fee of 15€ to park in front of the hotel. It's not in the centre of Aachen, but you can be in the town hall square in about 25 minutes walking. The staff was nice and the breakfast, which was included in the reservation, had surprisingly good quality and variation for the small price you're paying - fresh pastries, cheese, eggs several ways, etc. Overall, I would totally recommend if you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, with superb value for money.

I have no complaints, although I guess that, for some people, the glazed window and no views might be a problem.

Pleasant and helpful staff and good breakfast. Clean room. Perfect for our one night stay with a kid.

Close to the main road, so slightly noisy if the windows were open. When closed, it was fine. Self check in after 4pm is not rocket science so to speak, but maybe a little tiresome especially if one arrives after a long tiring drive. But still, it's not too big an issue. Not very close to restaurants. A 20min walk. A slight disadvantage when one's very tired after a long drive. But since we had the car, we just drove down.

It is clean and well managed place. Breakfast is not so reach but good enough everyone to find something and enjoy it. Espresso machine available for the coffee! 🙂. Friendly staff. Comfortable bad. The bathroom was new and shiny. Coffee and tee pot in the room.

I was accommodated on the top floor and the sloop of the roof cut the half of the volume of my room. It’s OK as far as I was single but still there was a danger hit my head moving in the room.

The hotel and rooms are very clean, has everything you need. The breakfast is great and breakfast area is also very clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel it is located next to a gas station and on a busy road intersection. The road noise was noticeable from my room. The actual location is great if wanted quick access to the CHIO arena, highway, gas station, and grocery store, the negative is the road noise. But my room faced the road, rear facing rooms might be better? You are supposed to contact the hotel to reserve parking if needed, they have parking in from and behind the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and the room was spacious. The hotel is next to a gas station and a road, but it wasn't noisy, so that was great. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to the center of Aachen, which was very doable. We stayed one night, and this hotel was great for that.

My bed was a little squeaky, and the door to the bathroom didn't close all the way unless you locked it. The breakfast room is on the smaller side, but the breakfast itself was tasty and a good start to the day.

Lack of proper airconditioning, however they managed to provide cooler and it was almost good. Unclear information about parking was very confusing. We came by large car that was impossible to park outside hotel suposedly for hotel guests, we parked on the other side , not really should.

Dont let the outside fo the hotel fool you. It is really pretty, comfy and clean inside.

Its not that i didnt like it, it is rather something i found weird: the lady in charge of breakfast was washing the dishes while guests were eating right next to her, and/ or just standing next to the sink looking at what guests are putting on their plates...never experienced that before, and being a small kitchen it felt a bit weird.

Pleasant hotel, I had everything I needed. Very nice bathroom and great breakfast. Location was fine, 15 minutes walk to the centre.

Arriving in late afternoon, I had to do the self check-in, however it didn't work. But there was a phone number and when I called, the owner still let me in releasing the card remotely.

Position-close to main road and petrol station, rooms clean and confortable, easy to park, staff friendliness. Filter coffee for breakfast. Let me leave the car at car park few hours day of checkout and let me check in a bit before.

Not many croissant or sweet options for breakfast, I understand a lot of people eat continental breakfast but for people like me who only eat sweet at breakfast is a bit limites. Coffee was very good btw
