Staff was friendly and the room door was opened with a code, so I liked the fact I didn't need to deal with keys and cards. The room was spacious enough with a big window, the bathroom was comfortable. The location was also great - under 10 mins walk to the S-bahn station and there was a bus station just in front of the hotel to connect to the near towns and the airport. I would definitely use the hotel again.

There was no wardrobe and very limited number of shelves in the room, so one's luggage needs to stay in the suitcase. Also the shower was a bit broken, but not so bad to create discomfort.

The hotel is excellent. Fast check-in done by kind people. Rooms are on four floors. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything you need for a short break. Breakfast is very good. You can even use the garage or outdoor park for free. There's a restaurant nearby. Actually, when I booked, I was a little afraid, as the average score is below 8.0. However, during my entire stay, from check-in to check-out (which, by the way, you do not need to do physically), I had a great time in this hotel. It should be rated much higher in the average.

Good clean affordable apartment during the Oktobefest. We paid much higher because of peak season. But still got a great price because we booked 34 months in advance. If you book closer to the FEST, you may pay double the price. 10 min walk to the station. We bought a family day card that allows unlimited travel for 5 persons. There is a bus from the station that stops 1 stop later in the entrance of the hotel. 6 Euros per night gated parking was great. everything was nice. Good warm people.

A little away from the happening city centre. That's the price you pay to get a cheaper accommodation. But we still loved it

It is a great location for travelers with a car, close to the motorway and to the inner city can be reached in 15 mins or so. It is worth mentioning that parking is free in the underground garage of the hotel. The hotel is nicely renovated and has a good atmosphere.

At the breakfast buffet there were no hot food options, only cold meals; like bread, sausages, cereal, yoghurt etc. The rooms do not come with a wardrobe or a mini fridge.

Great thing about chain hotels is that you always know what to expect. In case with IBIS I expected clean and quite rooms, working shower, internet connection and a working electricity plug to charge my devices — everything on that list was provided. Additionally, the parking is spacious, comfortable and free for guests of the hotel. If your are travelling on a car and you don't want to spend much on accommodation and parking, this is a perfect option. Few minutes walk from the hotel there is a station, train will take you to the very city central fast and convenient.

Water drains a little slow in the shower, but not such a big deal

The room and all the hôtel was very clean !! One of the best hotel I went in during my trip in Germany. The receptionist is very kind and helpful, the direction as well too ! Moreover all the staff is fluent in English. I arrived very early and they gave me a room in advance, which is very nice of them! Cheaper and cleaner than Münich's hotel, overall a great expérience !! I will come again with pleasure !!

The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom too. It was a triple room and there was only me in it so it felt spacious. The hotel breakfast was ok, a mix of different foods via buffet for about 8 euro. Staff were friendly and helpful . The location is close to the suburban rail network so getting in and out of the city was very straight forward too and for the airport as well.

The room did have a slight smell of smoke which as a non smoker wasn't great but with the window open it wasn't so bad. The pillows had seen better days but I didn't ask for new ones which probably would have solved that.

Nice clean room, good beds. Good location, direct S-Bahn line to Munich center. Free underground parking in the hotel, many parking slots. The free WiFi was good, fully enough for the laptop work. Good breakfast for a reasonable price. Not super great choice, but all products were very good quality. The breakfast room is quite small (the hotel was full - we came for a weekend in August), but the staff was doing excellent job!

Reception works only till 22:00. So plan your check-in time. The is no hairdryer in the room, you have to borrow it from reception for a 20 EUR cash deposit, but the reception only works from 6:30am (or 7:30 on weekends) till 10pm. The vending machines for water and coffee accept only EUR coins (no bank cards). So bring a lot of coins :)

The breakfast is very good. A variety of products with good quality. The kitchen staff is always looking around to satisfy the clients. The rooms are clean enough and for the size they have, well distributed with the basic needs, but you won't need more. If you do, you can also ask at the counter staff. The underground parking is simply perfect and for free. There is a nearby S-bahn station that connects with the city center in few minutes. Counter staff was always willing to help and to inform. They were very kind.

The corridors might be noisy at some times, earlier than 11:30pm. That is not the hotel fault, but maybe some guests. Anyway after 11:30pm no noise at all. There was quite loud live music near the hotel, only one day, and it could be well heard from the rooms, but again at 11:15 pm this was shut down.

By S-Bahn (5 min walk from the hotel entrance) you can get to Munich city centre in 20 min. Tickets are available in MVV app. For a two night stay, our room was OK. It was clean, windows were soundproof, however they could not stop the noise from our neighbours. A/C worked well.

Breakfast was quite poor, we missed warm meals like scrambled eggs, frankfurters, fried bacons.
