This is the cheapest property we can find near Munich. and the quality is superb which is clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable with lots of pillows. Noise cancellation work is also exceptional for it. The location seems a bit far but it only takes a direct train from Munich central station around 15 mins and then a safe walk around 10 mins.

no refrigerator and no water boiler are a bit disappointed

The beds were very comfortable, you can open the window all the way. You have shops nearby and you can take everything you need. Solid location. Unlike other hotels, parking is relatively cheap, 10 euros per night.

We stayed 3 nights, no one ever came to clean our room. They were in the room because we found a coupon for a free drink but it wasn't cleaned. When you want to enter the hotel from the parking garage, you have to to go through 3 doors. The toilet has no ventilation, the water always varies, it is not at the temperature you set. The hotel is not for longer than 3 nights.

The room is modern, clean, spacious and comfortable - without looking like a budget (ibis?) bleached hotel. Wifi works perfectly fine, the area is quiet and there's supermarket (Rewe) just 5 min walk away. The carpark is €10 extra, but you can try parking on the streets around - for free. Granted, the provided amenities in the room are minimal but Im happy that they keep the cost relatively low (I guess) by limiting the amenities, as I rarely ever use these provided toiletries or mini-bars anyway.

Instead of a Safe, I would have liked a kettle in the room. (Not even fridge but just kettle) The bar on the ground floor serves coffee, juice and water, but no tea nor hot water (I asked). Not everyone drinks coffee esp in very late and cold evenings...

The breakfast is amazing, a variety of food very nice organized. The bed is big and soft, and it is pretty clean, at a fair price.

The carpet is a bit dirty and you have to pay 8 € for the parking spot.

We came with the car and only stayed here for one night, but considering the train station around the corner that brings you to the city center in no time, this was a bargain (incl. the parking) - especially considering how expensive Munich is.

The reception staff was outstanding. Very, very nice, especially Judy, very helpful explaining about hotel and surrounding area. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Great selection, good quality food. Dinner options not so great though, so I went elsewhere. Easy, convenient one stop bus ride to the convention center and two stops to the shopping arcade and metro to Marienplatz.

Nice, comfortable hotel with a relaxing aesthetic and well incentivised & sustainable room cleaning scheme - free drink voucher if you refrain from having your room cleaned + towels changed.

My roaming signal wasn't great at the hotel, and Wifi range in front of hotel was limited, accordingly struggled to hire scooters without coming back to lobby to jump on hotel WiFi. Great if the scooters could be parked by the front of the hotel.

At least in the weekend when we stayed, the room rate was very low for the modern hotel that it is, making it excellent value. The basic room rate for our date was in the same category as the budget hotels of the type Formule 1 and Ibis styles, but comfort and quality-wise this is a lot better. Even though we arrived late, the receptionists/bar staff managed to arrange with something for us to eat. Breakfast was also good value (though it would have been nice to have bacon with the scrambled eggs) and the well lit underground parting with large parking spots was well worth the 8 Euros charged for that. The hotel is well located in the sense that it is easy to reach from the motorway network, yet situated in a quet area. When we were about to leave the hotel, my son wanted to buy a small package of pringles, which the hotel had for sale. As there was a queue to the reception, the receptionist just told my son that the "pringles were on the house" so that he would need to queue while a number of guests were being checked in. My son is now a fan of this hotel :)

As we were travelling by car, we were pleased that the hotel was easy to reach from the motorway. I would nonetheless imagine that the hotel which is not located in a charming area, is rather difficult to reach by public transport - but I might be wrong. As far as we could see, there were no restaurants or cafés anywhere nearby.

The bed is like a cloud, I have rarely slept better (even in my own house). The toilet is clean and the shower super nice! The building is new and well maintained. Breakfast is fresh, tasty and the buffet has everything one can desire. The S2 stop (train) is very close and brings you to the city centre in no time. We really liked the stay here:)

Nothing wrong to say about this place.

Very nice, clean and quite place. Staff was very polite. There is a secure parking on the site at a small fee. Breakfast is good. Overall a very good business hotel.

The hotel does not have any restaurant that offers dinner. Also ther is no restaurant in walking distance and if you need dinner at night you will need ot catch a taxi or walk for 20-25 minutes to the nearest shopping mall.
