This rotate in a very good location for me it’s out of Munich centre but there is lots of shopping Centre there surrounding and malt and also there are lots of restaurant you can spend your night in a fantastic way. My kids are my wife loved to stay at this hotel which have most of the facilities, except the swimming pool The surround is fantastic. You can do your sport you can do your walk and you can do whatever you want we like it and very good value of a money. It is a four star hotel and deserve that. The place was super clean, exceptional staff and support, lots of free perks and the staff was always there for you to help you get the best out of your journey and out of your stay Room cleaning worked super nice, restaurant was much less interesting during the night, but breakfast was absolutely the best we've seen ever. Overall i would come back especially if I had work in this part of the town, but we had work in moc center which is quite far, so if Germany doesn't sort out public transport issues, I'd likely consider having stay in a closer location to where I have to work Beds were exceptional, light in the room exceptional, lots of space, clean and super nice bathroom,

So the rooms did have air conditioner but it was not effective, it was always very warm, and the place is far from Munich center of town. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but there are frequent strikes that disable public transport, and if you end up paying a lot for transport, like taxi, it is something to take into account.

Our stay in this hotel was great. We were on the 3rd floor, quiet and calm. The room is well equipped, bed and shower a ++. We loved breakfast! Really tasty with a lot of options. The bar and sauna are cool as well. But the best part of our stay was the team, especially Camila from the reception. She was really kind and attentive with us from the moment we arrived. She helped us in transport directions, recommendations of local restaurants and even tourist attractions to visit. If we go back to Munich we are certainly coming back here!

It’s a little bit away from the city center. The fridge doesn’t work and heating is low. Maybe extending the ending time of breakfast to 11am for the weekdays would be great!

Great aircon, good shower, love the amount of mirrors, great lighting, dark room, cleaners are 10/10, quick check-in, friendly staff, great access to festival, amazingggg buffet breakfast love the late breakfasts on the weekend!

The noise from the upstairs room. Our room was carpeted but upstairs was hard floored could hear things moving constantly including chairs moving and people walking. Wish there was a washing machine available for guests

Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and excellent staff.

For a 4 🌟 hotel, I think they can upgrade the cracked bathroom sinks and provide 2 sets of slippers/bathrobes, considering thatbwe were 2 adults. Also, bathroom door was not closing properly, not to mention that there was no lock on it. This is for the family room where we stayed. We willing definitely come back, but I wanted to point these things out.

Booked the room some arond 2 months before the stay (and the event which took place in the hotel) and were positivly surpsided by really good price to value. I also enjoyed spacy room, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast and lunch served during the event. Also got quite a lot of support from the reception desk which is worth of mentioning here.

If you plan to visit center of Munich the hotel is way too far. Like mentioned, I stayed there due to event which took place in the hotel and for that purpose the hotel was an exellent choice.

Nice spacious room which was also very clean and very quiet. The hotel is in an industrial, but surprisingly green, area. There seem to be a selection of restaurants in the area although on a Monday evening at 20:00 I only found one of them open. Very easy to reach by car, only a few minutes drive from the motorway, and also seems to be well served with public transport.

Outrageously expensive for what it is, also the price I booked for on Booking.com did not correspond to what I was actually charged at check-in, for some reason they charged me an additional €11 on top of the already excessive €370 for 2 nights room only (no meals included). Very little free parking available and the hotel car park is quite expensive.

Breakfast is really good. Staff is very helpful. Hotel is nicely designed and has good quality beds and bathrooms. For Munich the prices were great for this quality.2

Not enough outside parking spots as our car was high and could not park in the inside garage. The cleaning of the had its flows visible, but the hotel was so nice overall that it was not disturbing.

Hi All, The staffs were great and friendly. Also, the room was so clean. The breakfast also was great and in addition, internet speed was so fast.

The only thing that I did not like, was the heating of my room. And my Room heating system was not working well. But, The staff gave me another heater. Personally, for the next trip to munchen, I will choose the hotel again.
