The breakfast was mostly alright, there were quite a number of variety. The options were also well presented, and the strawberry yoghurt was excellent! The room was spacious, USB port was surplus and excellent, the hotel view was great. The location was great, with access to public transport and an adjoining mall.

Sometimes the restaurant was too busy or even not clean. At times, some desired food options were not available or exhausted, though soon replaced. On some days the scrambled egg was soggy, also sometimes the bacon. The desert types would be nice if labelled.

The accommodation is not close to the city centre, but it is very well connected; there is a subway station right at the hotel entrance. The beds were comfortable, and cleanliness was also at a good level. An advantage is that there is a shopping center and several markets nearby. Also it's good value for money.

There was definitely an issue with the shower - the water pressure was weak, and the temperature fluctuated between scalding hot and cold, making showering very unpleasant. Additionally, one time the housekeeper entered our room while we were still inside, which was quite shocking.

The hotel was nice, modern, and clean. The location felt safe and it is next to a train station and a mall. Even if it was 20 minutes in Metro from the center of the city it was not a problem as the walk to the train station was less than 4 minutes.

We arrive early and the lady in the reception said we had to wait, not even trying to help and not in a nice way. After other 6 guests arrived and where accommodated in their rooms we asked another person in the front desk and a miracle happened… There was a room available!

Location was excellent, especially with adjacent mall and many food options. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety of offerings though bread quality and availability varied over the days. The room was compact, but comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Loan of a charger was particularly useful.

A minor thing was having paper cups instead of ceramic for tea and coffee in the room, but most annoying was a bathroom glass door in need of maintenance (not aligned properly) and swinging a bit loose (creaking). Housekeeping left this door open each day such that it blocked the main door to the room. The issue was not solved during our stay, but hopefully will be for the next guests.

The room was comfortable, the location is very good, right at the entry to a subway station, there is a P+R at one metro station distance, there is a very large commercial center right next to the hotel, thus you can find anything you want. The staff was very nice. Overall, a very good option for Munich!

Everything was fine, it was my 3rd stay at this hotel, so I know what to expect. Nice and comfortable room, fast wifi, tasty breakfast, safe parking in underground garage. Close distance to shopping centre and Messe. Next time I would definitely use again, if available. Thank you.

Hotel has new check-in/out procedure, so this took more time then usually and also lady by the front desk was little confused, but sure it will be fixed soon. It was nothing dramatic.

comfortable room. location is wonderful every thing is around you mall,restaurants cafes. parking available. breakfast is so delicious. many thanks to the great breakfast chef Roman & Anh for her care and help.

air conditioner was not working properly even when change the room. there was annoying maintenance on going !

Rooms were modern, very well maintained, clean and had more than enough facilities such as USB ports for charging, including wireless charging pads. It had a minibar with reasonable prices and the bed is comfortable. Restaurant and front desk staff were all helpful and attentive. Added bonus, VERY good transport links with bus and U bahn stations right in front of the hotel, with a quick and efficient link into the city with U bahn trains every 3 minutes. Shopping centre next door too with some restaurants, supermarket and several fashion outlets/electronic store etc.

The airconditioning airflow was just not enough to properly cool the room. We could feel there was cold air coming out of it if we held our hand near it, but the room didn't cool down. Some evenings we had to open the window to cool, but that resulted in outside noise coming in, leaving that open during the day was not an option as it would just let warm outside air in during our stay (average ambient temps 23-27 degrees)... This is the reason we scored the room a bit lower on how quiet it was.

The receptionits were kind and really helpful as I left my identities and some money in my room and they kept for me for 5 days as I travelled back and I received it. Especially thanks for Pia(receptionist) honesty and professional arrangement.Thanks for the cleaning staff as well as probably they found it and report for the reception. I travel to Münich sometimes and I choose this hotel again.
