Comfortable and enough big room and clean bathroom with several amenities. Around the hotel is safe.

The location is not so close from the central (It takes 25min).

great location and quite for spending free time

Room was clean and tidy and cleaning people did a great job (though they should pay more attention to the toiletries they refill). Staff at reception were nice and helpful, rooms were quiet and spacious enough. Bed was comfortable and bathroom nice.

The personal refilling the minibar opened our door before even knocking and then asked through the open door if we needed anything, which was very disrespectful as he could have found us in any situation. We thought it might have been an accident and we hadn't heard him, but when we went out and saw him again in other rooms he kept doing the same process. Parking price seems a bit over the top considering you are already staying with them.

A quiet remote cosmopolitan location, hotel reception staff is very cooperative and welcoming, modern stylish interior and furniture, comfy rooms and lounges, very clean everywhere including rooms and spa, breakfast buffet has a reasonable variety of items

The housekeeping staff doesn't know an English word, yet they were trying to help. A remote location a bit far from all attraction, however, is well connected by several transportaion means, in 20 minutes you may be easily in the hub

Great location, very convenient access to public transportation. Plus air conditioner in the summertime heat was awesome.

Need more front desk workers. During both check-in & check-out there were long waits in long lines because there were only 2 hotel staff working the front desks but a lot of hotel guests due to various festivals in the area.

The room was very clean, very nice and modern design, the blanket, pillows and the mattress were extremely soft and comfortable. And also the subway station was 5 minutes away on foot, and made it very easy to travel.

Not related to the property, but I couldn’t order delivery food, even though the hotel is pretty close to the inner city

I would definitely recommend the hotel! What sold it for me: -Modern and clean -Friendly staff ready to assist -Free parking, there are no dedicated free spots but you can find some around the hotel, but if don't want to be bother looking for one there is an underground parking you can go for the 18Eur / night -Very quiet, the hotel is huge i think it has 300+ rooms (for sure they will find you a spot if you need an extra quiet room) -if you go for the breakfast you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and variety -last but not least best value for money option!

Jus to throw something on the negatives sections but I wouldn't say it was a problem for me on the contrary, the Hotel is located outside of the city in the Messe district. I don't know how easy is to get here by public transport. By car it took me 10-15 minutes to get to the City Center

very good breakfast and delicious food in a restaurant, nice staff, close to U-bahn station and Messe, quiet and overall clean, good quality shower and powerful hairdryer

room wasn't cleaned properly - there was a dust and some old trash under the bed, probably left not even from the previous guest) also for some reason a room keeper removed the empty redbull can from the trash bin and left if for me next to the sink =) no idea why)))

They did not answer my mail asking about public transportation to the hotel and i had to take taxi The snaks of mini bar had no note that they are not complimentory they were just there on the table near complimantry soda and water that did have a note and a coffe machin.- made every thing confusing... so i ended up not using any of it...

The hotel was very clean & will all amenities required. The room equipped with coffee maker & water Kettle and complementary water bottles. I drink coffee a lot and this was a plus for me. It was easier to reach the hotel and very close to the highway. Stay was super comfortable.
