Very nice hotel in the apartment style. If you wat - you can order the breakfast of prepare something in your room. Very clean - everyday personal of the hotel cleaned in our room and changed some towels. Good terras where we had a dinner many times. Many interesting games for kids. Thank you it was a good week for our family!

It's not the best location when you're travelling without a car. For travelling to the center of Augsburg we used a bolt scooter and after that a tram or go a walk to the tram. For travelling to the main train station need to use two trams.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and in a gd location.. the shops are within walking distance.. the staff was on hand 24/7 very helpful and polite.. the apartment was amazing, it was clean and tidy, it had a comfy king-size bed, everything was working well. No complaints

The only thing that was missing in the apartment was a microwave, apart from that, everything else was there. The lighting was dull over the kitchen area if cooking in the evening, had to use side lamps

The host were amazing! It is a shame that I can't remember their names yet they all were super helpful, our luggage was lost by the airline which in turn made us come very late. The host at the counter was so nice and helpful they offer a lot of suggestion on where to go and be to get replacement clothes, toiletries and the necessary things to move forward in our vacation. They received us super late with a big smile. The room was amazingly comfortable, the bed was soft and nice. everything was super clean and really inviting. We will be coming back and we will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family coming to Germany.

There was nothing that I can say wrong about the hotel. Everything was perfect,

Room was very tidy, clean and spacious. The kitchenette was great - pots/pans, utensils, kettle, sink, washing detergent, good sized fridge. Ensuite was very clean and great size. Very close to supermarkets. Great value for money.

There weren't any bikes to use and the one bike that was there, had burst tyres. Location not so great if you need to get into town but it is only a 15 min electric scooter ride to get there and scooters were pretty easy to find around the area.

pleasantly surprised!!! everything was nice and clean, modern… more than you need for the night… mini kitchenette was all useful bits… including cutlery and fridge… coffee available downstairs in the kitchen… early check in for 25€ available (starting 11 am) comfortable beds big smart tv breakfast was available but we didn’t have time to eat so cannot comment upon that parking available for 10€ (underground) or free on the streets nearby Lidl, Kaufland and another market shop within walking distance (just across the road) - just have into consideration that they are all closed on Sunday :)

everything was really good… small downsides could be only: location is far from center no usb port for chargers - or adapters for other type of chargers that travellers may have- we had to buy an adapter- but cannot complain thanks 🙏🏼

I was thankful the decor was more to the standards of Ana Hotel and not Super 8. It was huge and funky soccer tables and air hockey. With places to hang out in the public. Nice quiet rooms to retire to. The beds were comfortable and having a place to retire to and rest was really nice.

I wish the signage was clearer. Are they Ana Arthotel living or Super 8? I walked around the building trying to find the entrance to Ana hotel. When I walked in to the Super 8 they said we are both. So confusing. Also I wish the staff had explained the water and drinks. It's true my German sounds bad, I have lived here 20 years so I understand most German. Catch me with a deep dialect and I can't understand.

I stayed with my son (11 years old) there, and we always like the little appartments with the possibility to cook something. There would also be a well furnished kitchen downstairs, during this stay it was used by sports teams from Australia and Spain. We added the breakfast buffet to our booking, the offer is very yummy. It's also great to have the parkinggarage, because outside parking spots are limited, and we didn't find any.

We were very comfortable and don't have anything to complain about.

Excellent service from all Staff at reception. Helped us rebook a room as we had accidentally booked in separate Ana hotels in Augsburg. Staff were friendly, helpful and patient, but held the discipline of the hotel. The lady behind us checking in was asked to pull her mask properly over her nose…. But again everything polite and efficient. The rooms were excellent, modern decor and the beds and matrasses were superb. Bathroom was nice and spacious Coffee and tea was free and very good quality. When checking in we parked in the underground car park. There was free parking space outside. They let us move outside, again no complications, no fuss. There is a little games area with table football and shuffleboard. In the rooms we had a fridge and an area to cook. Used fridge and Lidl close by if you want to buy juice, water or DIY breakfast. Close to motorway but no noise … we had window open in the night. Walked into City …. 30 mins each way … nice as we had spent the previous 6hrs in the car. Nothing too spectacular in the city but Bavarian Beer at the end of a day is never bad.

Breakfast was a bit sad. You can do your own but we opted for the buffet Again coffee, tea and juice were fine. Eggs were dry and croissants were a bit over done … cheese and ham were a bit Aldi on a plate but weisswurst was good. Good however you can also do take away tea and coffee for any onward journey. I know it’s Corona times and breakfast is tough in Hotels but I just felt it didn’t quite match up to the rest of the Hotel standard and at 12€ per head … as four travellers we could have done a lot more with that money in lidl and breakfasted in our room. Hence the 1 smilie less on the Value for Money score… but that was my only minor issue. All in all would recommend.

- The staff is very nice and helpful. - Parking is possible at the hotel with extra charges. - The room is spacious with small kitchen area. In case you need cooking, there are shared kitchen facility at 1st floor with free coffee all day.

- The hotel should state clearly that check-in is at Super 8 hotel. The entrance to Ana Living needs access card to enter into, then need to go to the Super 8 entrance for check-in.

Very convenient...supermarkets, McDonalds etc all within easy walking distance. Room was very clean. Nicely furnished. Pretty hew! Breakfast is standard and perfectly adequate!

Parking :( we got a fine. Did not know that only the very few lots directly outside the hotel are allicated to the hotel and not the whole row.
