Very clean room, easy to find the hotel. Easy check in. The lady who served our breakfast was amazing. Very helpful and keen to please us. Thank you

We were on the top floor. No lift so had to lug our motorcycle luggage and riding gear up 6 flights which after riding 6 hours in 30+ degrees was unwelcome. Got an option of Air con room, which the unit was not man enough for the room. It made no difference so ended up opening all the windows to create a draw through. The car park is across the road and open, so I was on edge all night with the bikes being on view. They were fine though so I worried unnecessarily.

We went for the "Superior Double Room with Balcony and Lake View" and it was a great room. Good size, cosy and comes with a balcony overlooking the small harbour and lake, complete with table and 2 chairs. The bed was comfortable, the shower clean and spacious and in general everything felt clean and modern. There were electrically controlled window blinds as well as curtains. Each floor has a coffee machine and you're provided with pads to use. Parking isn't available on site but there are a few car parks very close to the hotel, with an underground car park with surveillance behind the hotel. It's cheap for 4 hours and free over night (just be careful of the surcharge for longer stays). Search for "Parking de la Possession". Great for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Unfortunately the hotel restaurant wasn't open at the time but there are other restaurants nearby.

The Hostess Crystelle was absolutely charming :) We had to leave VERY early in the morning for our flight (at 3:00) so we got a take away breakfast especially arranged for us The room was big and very comfortable. We were in the guesthouse and it is the new part of the establishment. I believe that it is in a much better condition than older parts. In our room everything was brand new, so we got the best deal The beds were really extra large as advertised. If you are environment conscious, the toiletries supplied are all environment friendly The location of the Hotel is very convenient, reaching the center of the city by car takes roughly 5 minutes, and about 15 by foot. Reaching the airport takes roughly 15-20 minutes. A Gas station is about 500 m from the Hotel There is an adequate sized parking lot kept for the guests only. It is comfortable, but might be filled by customers of the Restaurant.

Actually everything was excellent. One word of warning: If you are movement impaired and is going to stay in the Guesthouse, ask for rooms 1-4. Rooms 5-8 are on the upper floor and there is no elevator

Perfect short stay at the hotel. Despite arriving late we were welcomed and explained where to park our car for free. The rooms are no-frills but modern, large and well-equipped, even if a sitting area could be added since the desk is tiny. Breakfast was above average with the possibility to get nice espresso from the machine, and a lot of local products. The area is very quiet and a few minutes away from the center of Baden-Baden, and a few minutes away from the highway as well. We were travelling with our dog and the small dog fee (15€) is very reasonable by hotel standards.

Just be aware that there is no elevator in case you are carrying heavy luggage.

The family suite (last room available) was spacious for a couple. It was all very clean. No air conditioning but a fan was provided - and needed Nice breakfast - lots of choice for a small hotel Staff were very friendly. Easy walk into the centre of Baden Baden

No parking available on arrival due to a wedding, but lots available thereafter.

I asked for a last minute request to be transferred to a room downstairs as my partner suddenly was having problems with his back. He would have difficulty carrying the suitcase to a higher floor. They acted on the request promptly and upgraded our room at no extra cost. The room was spacious, even the bathroom. There is ample parking Breakfast was superb

When it said boutique I expected the room to be fancy but they were very plain, down in the restaurant that was where the money had been spent, the stair carpet was old and tired looking, the room was no different to any other we stayed in on our tour round europe

Staff very friendly. Hotel has great FREE parking across the street....area SO QUIET!!! Breakfast a great value...and kept the cappuccinos coming hand made. Easy checkout.

Carpet in rooms a bit out of ordinary. should offer a happy hour....bar is there and have great outdoor seating under trees...

very nice and comfortable and very clean. lovely big shower and the staff were great, as was the breakfast. we were only their for one night, which was a Monday, the day their restaurant is closed, so can’t comment on the food for dinner but the menu looked great. would recommend.

slightly further out of the town centre than expected but no issue at all and a very short walk away.

check in and staff helping our mobility needs by altering accomodation. room was large and bathroom was excellent.

no facilities in room to make coffee. no fridge either. it would be nice if for non-europeans they have some sort of non-digital instructions for shower taps.
