The hotel is close to the city center where there are a lot of restaurants to choose from. There was a lot to choose from at the breakfast table and it tasted good.

A carpet in the bedroom doesn't feel so fresh nowadays and that the cleaning lady walked through the breakfast room with laundry. Could be fun to get a little more information about the history of the hotel. Obviously an old cigarette factory but is the "unrenovated" stairwell the only thing left? When you leave the elevator, you feel having done a bad choice of hotel. An information sign and photo would make the experience more pleasant.

Very spacious rooms and bathrooms, good facilities including small kitchen in a room, nicely renovated old building with beautiful architecture and gardens, super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was more or less standard I would say. Nice location with minimum noise and at the same time close to the center and a lot of restaurants around.

Minor defects in a bathroom requires renovation or already looks like renovated, but not very accurate. It spoils a bit a good overall impression from this nice place.

Very spacious room with separate bedroom / lounge area. Nice bathroom. The bedroom outlook was lovely and very green. Great breakfast, lots of choice and very good food. Excellent service, all staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Clean throughout. The hotel had lots of character.

No criticisms. Just that the hotel does not have a bar so might be nice to include a mini-bar in the room.

The Palais was located about a 1km walk to the main part of town which easy to do. The facilities were pretty good though like most European hotels had no A/C. The suite was nice with a separate lounge. The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating.

The suite was very nice but not sure if it was worth it, but probably fair given location and prices of nearby hotels.

We had a large room with a high ceiling, so although it wasn’t air conditioned it was comfortable with just a fan. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel had an interesting history as it was the site of Germany’s first cigarette factory.

The mattress was firm but somewhat lumpy.

Receptionist was very helpful and happy! Rooms were very spacious

Only minor criticism was tea, coffee was very limited. Also did try and clean cups but nothing to clean with.

Very big confortable room equipped with kitchennete and fridge. Good breakfast and perfect location one minute walk from Auditorium and less than 10 minutes to the pedestrian area. Located in a very quite neighbourhood. Super friendly staff.

Just to say something, the access to rooms from the main hall is through a roofed outdoor corridor.

Huge space with separate lounge and facilities great staff and helpful in good location value for money too for what you get and compare to other hotels a tree ayes in

Nothing apart from no secure parking for motorcycles but allocated spaces were available

A beautiful palace with very nice rooms. Great position. Very kind reception staff.

Breakfast could be improved and also staff should speak English to understand request from clients.

- the size of the apartment was big - comfortable - good bedroom - eletric mini oven - 2 tvs - good bed

- a swimming pool will be perfect - I would like to be nearer the city center
