This hotel was so close to the two famous spas and the bedroom was super comfortable and loved that the huge TV could be manoeuvred so you could watch it comfortably in bed. And loved the little extra inclusions like tea. Slept really well the night I stayed here!

The tourist tax was a bit of a nightmare for me. Since there is no staff, you can't pay in cash unless you have exact change (and the tourist tax is always a finicky amount). They did give the option to pay with PayPal but given PayPal uses 2-factor authentication now, I couldn't use this method either because I had to verify with a code sent to my home mobile number, which I didn't have access to overseas. I had to run across town trying to buy something to get exact change to put in the envelope. I wish they would just include the tourist tax in the reservation fee. It would be infinitely easier for people.

Very cute, tiny 7 room hotel fully automated. the interior design is inspiring. Though the room is not big it has everything you might need. We liked checking in and out on our own. LOCATION - if you were to pinpoint the best location for holiday in BAden it would probably be exactly here. both major Spa's are accross the street you are located right at the end of the main old city walking street the Kurhouse (casino) area is 10 min walk

as this property is in the old city there is no car access. you will need to carry your luggage over. they propose 2 parking options. the free parking is about 15 min walk away going steaply downhill (and uphill on the way up). there is a garage about 5 min easy wolk away.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I really appreciated the communication with the host before coming and the hassle-free self-check-in/out. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, 1 minute walk from Friedrichsbad. I totally loved the design of the room (we had booked apartment #2) : black&white, super stylish and modern. Would definitely come back!

My suggestion would be to include the tax payment directly in the price of the room (if German regulation allows it, of course). I find it unnecessary and time-consuming to fill in personal info and send money via PayPal since we already shared passport info via application before check-in

Very centrally located . Modern clean and very functional , really liked it . My only gripe shall be that when pressing the link of the intro message after booking the maps located it as no , 2 or no, 4 in the street where as read on in the same message it’s 36-38 which is fine but we just walked up and down a few times … so lads please provide a better location description ie focal points and correct that map Link :) Would stay there again as it was v reasonable . Quiet, clean modern decor. Perfect little place for one person. Location right next to Caracalla and close to the rest of town. Highly recommend Kaffeehaus in Baden Baden just down the way for breakfast and amazing chocolates. Loved the skylight for day with remote controlled shutter that closed for darkness (room 7)

It was totally fine for me but make sure if you are two people or have lots of luggage (which you shouldn’t in Europe anyway!) that you really pay attention to the room size. The mattress was probably the most firm I have ever slept on (but that is way better than a bad one!)

Excellent location, right next to thermal baths and only minutes from the old town! Quiet and cozy courtyard. Easy check in, good WiFi, TV with smart programs, very modern and stylish room. Warm and welcoming staff. Coffee and tea in the room. Very comfortable bed. Good toiletries. Guest discount for the city attractions was nice. They allowed to store the luggage after check out in the office which was a great help.

Room was really small but comfortable for one person. For a couple would be probably less ideal due to lack of isolation in toilet and shower which are right next to bed. It was a little noisy in the morning. Cleaning starts around 9-9-30 and you can hear other guests as well. Sound isolation is lacking.

The loction of apartment house is perfect- very close to Caracalla and Friedrichsbad spas, as well as in a good reach to other most popular destinations in Baden-Baden. Cleaning lady is very kind and helpful 😊

Although the design of the apartment is nice and modern, the functuality could be a way better. There is also very good acoustics in the house, neighbours can be heard extremely well (even with earplugs).

The best location near Sauna places, quiet and peaceful atmosphere, modern style hotel, Netflix is available, basic things are all equipped

In the night and in the morning, some random people just tried to unlock the door for two times. They pressed keypads. I guess they are either other tourists who got confused with wrong room or housekeepers, but i was a bit annoyed and irritated

The location is amazing, right next door to Friedrichsbad and Caracella spas and couple of min walk from all the eateries. Room was lovely, bed really comfy, it was spotless and you even get a little bottle of wine to enjoy.

The only issue we had was the automatic light by the coffee machine, was quite annoying if you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and it turns on, didn’t disturb us too much though. The pillows were far far too soft but it’s our personal preference.

The apartment was in walking distance to the major sites of Baden-Baden including the parks and city center, the thermen spas, shopping, food and the casino. The toiletries smelled amazing! Coffee with creamer, comfortable bedding and a view over a pretty courtyard were all features that made The Adams feel very posh and modern but at a very reasonable price! We highly recommend a stay!
