location is great, close to heidelberg or Karlsruhe. the Villa itself is huge! the gardens are very pretty, lush and well maintained. cery animal friendly too. the rooms are generously huge, the staff are polite and very nice - from the reception, breakfast area, restaurant, bar. it was my birthday and my boyfriend asked a special set up at the breakfast area and they were very accommodating. they have a pool and jacuzzi that is fully available to guests. one of the best hotels we've chosen so far. i took a lot of pictures of the place because it's just beautiful. too bad i can only share 4 here. :)

Very pleasant hotel, second time I stayed and enjoy the nice surroundings, the airy and comfy room, the food at the restaurant and the very good and varied breakfast and of course, the pool - great to unwind after a long drive from London...!

Nothing this time round. Last time thought there wasn't enough choice of jams for breakfast but this time: plenty and varied...!

- Perfect was the restaurant. I had two luncheons and two diners, there and every time expectations were met and exceeded.

- the room.. it was on 3rd floor - under the roof with no air-conditions and out-side temperatures between 33-36 C -

Location, old world charm.

The restaurant and service, unfriendly staff. Couldnt give proper instruction on where to go for hikes and walks. Need.to speak German at this facility.

Beautiful and peaceful place.

IfNo air conditioning and the breakfast has to be far better with a relais name to it and even dinner should extend to atleast 10 pm to enjoy some wine and food and relax in the atmosphere.

The dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was excellent! The whole property is nice and there is even a charging station for EV in front of the entrance!!! Nice indoor pool, great food!

The hole hotel is already a little bit old, but it‘s ok, everything is clean and working and you see the high quality of materials used in the past.

The welcome was very nice. The grounds are superb, the spa facilities were excellent the evening meal and breakfast were superb 

There is nothing to dislike 

restaurant for dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff like Eric and Maria went over the top. It is always service which you remember and they were excellent. Pool is 24 hrs which was convenient

the beds in standard room were underwhelming, needed a better duvet and a bed cover.

The food was outstanding. So was the staff both in the restaurant and at the reception desk. I very strongly recommend this establishment. It is very much in keeping with the level of excellence of the Relais et Châteaux chaine.

very friendly and helpful. lovely dinner and breakfast, they also organised secure parking in their underground car park. highly recommend!
