It was a great location I choose to visit Eurobasket 2022, Mercedes Benz Arena is 2 mins far from hotel. Hotel looks modern, bath equipment is great, room was clean. Hotel helped me to change reservation dates due the flight changes and allow to use my early booking price per day. So thanks for understanding.

Breakfast is not bad, but could be more variable to be honest. One small but negative thing - cooler with drink water was empty whenever I checked it. When I asked to re-fill it - nobody could help me. Suggested solution is to buy bottle of water for 2 euros...

The hotel is located approximately 3.8 km from the Alexander Platz so if you like walking, it is OK. It is circa 4 km away from the "Museum Island" - again, for those who like walking it is ideal. The hotel is next to the Spree River with its colorful embankment. Next door is the Mercedes Benz Arena with access to cinemas, stores and restaurants. So, all in all, I think our stay was pleasant, we have visited most of the places we wanted to and we like long walks. The room was a little small and claustrophobic but the view was superb - the windows overlooked the Spree River. Breakfasts were a little dull with a rather limited variety of foods but please do note that this is a 3 star hotel so you need to curb your expectations a little and "operate within a 3 star universe" comparing this hotel's facilities with the others in the same league. So, for a 3 star hotel, it is reasonably priced, nicely located, food is decant and acceptable but will not leave you stunned.

As I said above, the room was too small for our little family of three. The bed was a little too hard which I could feel in my back in the mornings. The food at breakfast would benefit from increased variety but it is modest but edible and ok for a 3 star hotel.

It was a good property, clean, quiet, peaceful and well located next to the Mercedes Benz arena, lots of restaurants, pubs etc and the train station just about 5 mins walk away. Staff most cordial and always ready to help out. Breakfast....was a kings feast it was awesome always

Room was relatively small but worked ok as I was on business not leisure. There were no English TV channels and being indoors during winter evenings would have been great

The room was very nice. Comfy bed . the breakfast was Exceptional ! Never seen such a vast array of sumptuous food. Amazingly good. Proximity to Verti venue ,the reason for booking for Bob dylan three nights . View from room of river Spree and the section of the wall with artworks .staff were great and no problem with only speaking English.

The only thing would be there is no fridge in the room. Ko

Friendly staff. Clean hotel all around, reception, breakfast room, bedrooms, bathrooms, all spotlessly clean. Good location - close to the Mercedes Benz arena which was great for me as I was attending an event there,

All ok really. Just a minor gripe, I was informed on arrival that the bar remained open until midnight. On my first night there the bar tender closed the bar at 11.30pm. In hindsight, not surprising really as I was the only person in the bar at that time. However, I asked for a second drink at 11.40pm I was told the bar was closed. Just the wish the bartender had told me that he was closing the bar early and had asked me if I wanted another drink before he closed, I would have appreciated that courtesy.

The interior of the room was pleasant. The walls were decorated with nice paintings, the beds were extremely comfortable and nice, even though my sleep was cut short due to travel arrangements, I slept very well. Free breakfast included Overall a good night stay in a modern hotel for a budget price.

I did not like the reception upon my arrival. The time was at midnight and the lady at the reception looked at me like I am annoying her. As she could not find my reservation, in the end, we established that my friend was the main person on the reservation. Some glitches on the app, however, the lady was getting annoyed too easily.

Great location overlooking the East Side Gallery and well situated for easy transport everywhere else in Berlin (only a 10 min walk to Ostbanhof station, for example). The room seemed to have been recently renovated -- it was small but in great shape with all the amenities one would expect for this price band. The breakfast was much more generous than I'd anticipated. I'd booked this as an emergency, last-minute booking after my flight out of Berlin was cancelled, but I almost wish I'd stayed here for the duration of the holiday itself. All around, great value for the money.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located just beside the Mercedes Benz Arena. The staff were polite. The breakfast was lovely. The room was comfortable but very small and any longer than 2 days would have felt a bit claustrophobic. It was quite pricey but that was most likely due to the event that was booked. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good, i loved that there were vegan options without asking. It would be awesome if there were also vegan cheese. The staff was super nice and the location is good. The view was also great and the hotel is close to bars, restaurants, mall and train station

You get your rooms cleaned by request, and we didnt know that on the weekend there are no cleaning services (but you can take towels from the reception), so when we asked on friday evening for the next day we were told it was not possible. Id suggest that if there are no cleaning services on the weekend, to make sure all guests are aware and know their room wont be cleaned until monday.

Perfect Location and ease of access. All the electronics like iron, hair dryer, kettle etc. were branded items and worked way better than whats provided in other hotels. Stylish decors and good upholstery.

Deep cleaning in bathrooms should be done, it was stained i several places. Corridors could use more air circulation. The breakfast should have more savoury vegetarian items.
