The hotel was lovely. The elevator was 100 years old (like it actually is) so it was fun to use a different type of technology (it is safe of course). The rooms are grouped and have their own private sitting room. I felt like royalty when I saw the nice sitting room. The room itself is really nice and clean. There is a bath and they even remember to give you a bottle of bubble bath in case you want to indulge. The minibar is nicely stocked. The view is lovely. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The breakfast was absolutely worth the price. The location was great too, it was right by the metro and the reception was friendly enough to give me directions and even a map. There is also a place to store your luggage if you check out but want to visit the town a little longer. 100% recommend it.

The wifi is kinda crappy. It would disconnect randomly. Even when connected it is not the best so yeah. Maybe don't go there if you absolutely need great wifi. But I was there as a tourist so the wifi didn't really bother me that much since it does work after all.

The room was very spacious with a great view, high and beautiful ceiling, extremely comfortable bed, nice bathroom and rain shower. Even a couch, two chairs and a coffee table that I could do some work on, and plenty of furniture to put things on or inside of. Beautifully decorated room in-between the public area, and the entry to the floor’s hotel rooms. There’s also a very cute and satisfying elevator you can use to get to your floor! Finally, the staff was amazing and friendly as well!

There are only 2 very minor nit-picky things (none of which are a dealbreaker!): the placement of the toilet paper holder relative to the toilet isn’t very well thought out. And the shower could be a little bit bigger; or at least if the handle on the wall was removed it would be spacious enough, but I guess it’s necessary for guests who have trouble standing.

We stayed at the hotel with two small children and had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location - we arrived by car but used public transportation during the stay. Easy to park and really close to the underground. The breakfast was good and included a good verity of foods. We can highly recommend the hotel and should we return to Berlin, we would certainly stay at this hotel again. I read some reviews saying the bathrooms are too small. Do not know what they expect. Found it to be quite regular. Fits everything you need.

From time to time someone in the staff smoked close to the room where breakfast was served, which was quite unpleasant because of the smell. The baby chair could have been cleaner, stains on the cushion. Other than that everything was really great.

Hotel had very nice breakfast. The bathroom was actually huge, had shower and bathtub and was very well equiped. The rest of the room was smaller but enough for our need. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is next to the metro stop Kaisserdam and city center is reachable within 10-15 minutes so it s very convenient. Arount the hotel there are plenty of restaurants but it closes very soon.

Very friendly staff ready to help anytime. Beautiful historical building with old interiors nicely refreshed and renovated. Nice room, good location and fantastic breakfast.

WiFi free of charge is appreciated, however you need to fill the access form every time you reconnect which is just challenging. Other than that - higly recommended hotel! :)

The location in west Berlin is in one of my favorite areas. The room, bathroom and bed linnen were very clean. We had enough towels, soap and the mini bar (with a super small fridge but kept all the German edibles I bought refrigerated). The view was to the internal garden so sleeping was amazing, quite, and peaceful. The staff was nor very friendly nor rude, we had minimal interaction after checking in. We did not have the breakfast any day at the hotel, so I cannot say anything about that.

Nice classic 80s design with very interesting lift, which I did like. Also quite location with good U-Bahn connection to the city. Very nice and polite staff. Good breakfast.

The bathroom could use some more space but it’s still fine for a three stars hotel.,

The U-Bahn is in front of the hotel, so it was easy to go towards and around the city. What was also great is that it was close to the CityCube Berlin, where we had a conference, so we were one of the closest attendees to the event.

The beds could be more comfortable. Maybe not having two split beds but to have just one big (double) bed. Also the walls are kinda thin, so you can hear your neighbours from upstairs when they're walking around the room, you can hear others closing their room doors etc.

Amazing value for money. Staff was very good, for instance we asked them to clean our room fully on our 3rd day and they did. Breakfast buffet was good too, there was much choice and it freshly made. Location of hotel is also great, only 30 minutes from city centre.

The towels didn't really smell freshly washed, they probably don't use (much) fabric softener

It was my 2nd time at this hotel and it was great stay once again. The location is quite central and close to both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. The room was very clean, well-maintained and with all possible facilities provided. The breakfast spread is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.
