Breakfast was good although little repetitive but good quality. Special mention to their wonderful staff, getting to know Haxhi was so wonderful, always smiling, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Even though it is not typically allowed he packed us breakfast for one of our early morning days. It is worth going back there for this reason alone. However the location and proximity to supermarket and tube station is one of the other USP of this hotel.

Only 1 small issue we were looking for a queen bed but we ended up getting two beds joined together, but they were pretty comfortable. Also it would have been better to have a kettle in the room especially in the cold season to heat your water.

Very clean and spacious, all in all the furniture and bathroom are a bit dated but functional. Several supermarkets and restaurants in close proximity, as well as a bus and train station. Very friendly staff who even gave me a voucher for a free drink. All in all good value for money if you don’t mind that the train to the city center takes about 30min

All the plugs were located opposite of the bed so you couldn’t charge your phone etc during the night if you wanted it next to you. Bathtub had a shower curtain, really unhygienic and shouldn’t belong in a hotel bathroom anymore. It seemed clean but it just sticks to you bc of the humidity and that’s not a nice feeling. It’s directly located at a very busy street, didn’t bother me but opening your window won’t be pleasant will all the noise

The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room throughout our stay. We felt very relaxed and at ease. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were always available to help with any requests and made us feel welcome. Good value for the price. The room met our expectations and provided all the necessary comforts.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were very friendly. However, there were a few drawbacks. There was no kettle and fridge in the room, which would have added to our comfort. Additionally, the hair dryer was quite weak and ineffective. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and found the room to be generally comfortable and well-maintained

Clean room/bathroom with good facilities (safe, fan in the wardrobe, hangers, footstool and rotatable chair) Comfortable shower and amazing water pressure. I especially appreciated the nice view, sunshine, and tranquility. Thank you for the room with view of the open sky and Funkturm. I liked the neighborhood and the surrounding area A LOT. Well-connected with public transportation and all sorts of amenities close by within walking distances. I'd also like to thank housekeeping for respecting my privacy and didn't disturb nor knock on the door throughout the stay. They are very friendly as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would like to recommend it to visitors of all type-it's a place for all- families, tourists or business:)

Rooms are not entirely soundproofed. Please be aware there's strong odor in the hallway/corridor on the 4th floor. In sunny days we do have to close black-out curtains to prevent room getting too hot from direct sunlight but it's always nice to have sunshine:) and there's fan in the wardrobe. requested a queen bed in the reservation and got a room with two twin beds pushed in together

Nothing fancy, but what's there is good. The bed, though softer than I usually like, still allowed for an unusually good night's sleep (although that might also have been helped by the fact that we've had a very busy day before turning in for the night). The room is quite small, but it does manage to fit a wall-wide desk with a chair and a stool too, opposite to the bed. There was no minibar (fridge), but the bathroom was very clean, neat and tidy. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good too. And there is also an underground, secure garage where we could leave our car.

A second actual chair instead of the stool would have been nice. Other than that, I don't really have any complaints. The room, as mentioned, is quite on the smallish side, but well, that isn't a tragedy - it's OK.

I really liked that at check-in you were provided with a token for a free drink at the bar connected to the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. I could store my luggage on the last day. The area was nice, and quite close to a train station. I arrived in Berlin with the flixbus, and the hotel is very close.

The hotel is on a very big and busy street. The room was very noisy.

Lovely welcoming upon arrival. A pleasant, smiling receptionist very quickly made a check-in, issued tokens for a welcome drink and helped save food for my wife's trip to Kyiv tomorrow. The room is normal and almost fully equipped. Breakfast is the usual buffet, no frills, but good. I was struck by the parking - it is free and is located right in front of the hotel on the strip that divides the avenue into two parts. You just have to be lucky and find a place there.

Of the minuses: the lack of a refrigerator and air conditioning in the room, as well as very old mattresses, in which the springs are strongly felt. And the receptionist (other guy) at check-out was not very nice.

The hotel was easily accessible by car. If you don't want to pay extra for parking in the garage, there was always some space to put your car on the streets nearby. Short walk to the U-bahn and there were some nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

TV was a bit small. Rooms can be a bit warm in summer.

1). Very convenient location of the hotel. 2). Friendly German-English speaking staff. 3). Clean bedroom and bathroom. We liked almost everything. )))

Just two things: 1). Very thin walls (plasterboard) - you can hear everything the neighbors are doing. (Take earplugs with you.) 2). There is no refrigerator in the room.

Clean, comfortable beds, breakfast included, nice views, near tram station, not far from city centre, good area to stay in. Hotel bar was handy. Coins for free drinks was a good thing.

Coffee machine had no milk. Was charged 1.50 euros for one coffee pod when we ran out. No iron or ironing board, shower gel was empty and didn’t get re-filled.
