Workspace, laundry was greatly appreciated. Good locations with several restaurants nearby.

No luggage storage option besides the one that charges 1€ a bag. Construction across the street. Not all rooms had AC.

+ very good contact through booking app, quick response and fast reaction for reported problem; + great location - just outside of the low emission area, bus stop and metro nearby (Alt-Tempelhof just 100-200m from the building) + parking available nearby - 2 euro/hour, no problem with finding free spot; I chose to pay with app as the parking meter seemed to work only with coins; + even though opposite building is under construction, when we closed window we didn't hear much noise (they seem soundproof); + you receive the code in order to enter the room and the building - very convenient, worked perfect + very nice welcome pack (toothbrush, earplugs and coffee mug) + The information about the parking location and nearby building being under construction was delivered in advance + sufficient kitchen equipment for short stay, room was clean and decent, bed was comfortable - it's exactly as you can see in the pictures.

- I felt uneasy when I had to make myself a selfie during check in, when a minute before I've uploaded a document - it worried me as I know that these time there are a lot of possibilites for scam using these kind of data. - I'd prefer being forewarned that someone will enter the room. I reported very minor malfunction and did not expect anyone to do something with it - it was fixed superquick but as I said - I did not expect anyone as I was informed that there is no cleaning service during our stay (which was reasonable). When I entered the room the window was opened and that made me investigate if anything else has changed.

Everything was perfect. I was greeted by a good smell and cleanliness. Nice modern apartment. I liked the style alot. This online check in and check out was also very easy and fast. The bed was very comfortable. There was also shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The view was also beautiful. The location of the hotel is very good. It was easy to get to and find. The environment was also very good. It’s next to a beautiful park! The metro is close by. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. The centre is 20 minutes away. It was quiet and calm in the evening, I could relax properly.

The room was clean and fresh. There is almost everything you need. Special thanks for a small makeup mirror and a normal hair dryer! Digital access is a good idea, no need to be afraid that you will lose the key :) There are bus stops and a metro near the hotel, which was very convenient, and a taxi to the airport is also cheaper in this part of the city. There was a problem with the air-conditioner, but it was solved before I could ask for it. Proactive service :)

No microwave in the room, but my room was quite small, so it would be a little tricky, the kitchen is full of different things already.

We reached the stay around 10:30 pm, the door code access was convenient for us to do late check-in. The suite were fresh and modern. We were given a compliment bag and some goodies as a welcome gift, it’s a nice addition.

A microwave oven could be good addition to the kitchenette, which was missing. The fixture to the light switch was loose and fell down every time we turned On the light. It exposed the live electric wire inside, which I consider as a hazard for the guests. I hope they fix it.

Very clean and comfortable room. Good facilities and amenities in the kitchen space and spacious bathroom. There was a big closet including shelves and a drawer. The internet connection was really good. Great staff support - I had a small issue with the entry code, which the support team resolved in minutes. Overall a very pleasant experience and recommended for a stay.

I was in the appartment on last floor, so the roof reduced the space of the room a bit. However, this was a minor detail and at the same time having a roof window provided more light into the room.

Very nice room, apartments are close to the metro so was very easy to get to the center. There is a lake near where its nice to walk, some shops also is pretty close Everything you need will be in kitchen. Eco soap, shampoo and gel in bathroom which is very cool. Also very calm area, nothing disturbed us at night

- not comfortable pillow, i would suggest to replace them - we got only 1 toothbrush with 1 cup although it was 2 pairs of earplugs (it was 2 of us in room) which is strange

big room, easy access to public transportation, cafe and shops nearby, laundry is available, staff response with whatsapp is quite quick

I couldn’t use electric cooker in my kitchen. They don’t provide room cleaning only twice during 10days stay. Once the cleaning staff came and I asked, but they don’t understand English and leave without cleaning. Since I asked through whatsapp, they come to clean next day, but the cleaning is not good enough, which makes me sad a little bit. But overall, the hotel was nice and clean and comfortable. I would come again.

Very well equipped, small details that made the difference. It even had extension cords, HDMI, a good TV, complete set of pots and cutlery, the access was straightforward, the mattress was very comfortable and the shower was very nice too. There was also a welcome present.

Probably due to the more offer of equipment some things could be better cleaned. The air conditioning was not very cold (the temperature regulator was not really working but it could still cool down) and the window was not closing properly. The mattress was too flat.
