The room was very clean, it was lovely and quiet and the actual room was very nice. The breakfast was really great. Huge selection of food and plenty of staff to help every morning. The desk staff were 10/10, always went out of their way to help. It is so close to a U Bahn stop which makes travelling around Berlin so easy!

The area around the hotel is not the nicest, the food is cheap but it is a bit rough in parts. The wifi in the room was terrible but the staff were happy to help and fixed the problem really quickly. It was on the expensive side for what it actually was.

We stayed six nights. The hotel is located about 100 m from the U8 subway. The rooms are a reasonable size so two people don't feel cramped moving around. We did not have breakfast so no comment there. The rooms have a small bar refrigerator. The bathroom is a reasonable size with a tub and shower. The room was quiet and we did not get much street noise. The TV has several English news channels but no others. The hotel is located very close to transit and Tempelhof Feld, which is now a large open-air park. If you run, there is a 6.5 km paved pathway around the perimeter of Templehof Feld, or you can do one mile sprints on the old runways! There are lots of restaurants (mostly ethnic - middle eastern, Mediterranean, north African, pizza) in the nearby streets. We did not have a car, but I think parking is extra (20 Euros per day???).

Bed was comfy, super clean and spacious bath tub/shower and bathroom. Roomy closets and wonderful breakfast. Actually amazing breakfast! Hotel room was quiet and the window opened for fresh air. Small refrigerator in the room came in handy. Good place to stay.

The wifi was exasperating as it kept going out so you'd have to re-log in. The room had this odd structure where possibly the TV was supposed to go, but instead, the TV was sitting on a table. Not sure what that well-structure thing was, it was just odd. If the TV had not been on that table, i would have used it for my small bag, instead, I put both suitcases on the floor. None of these things mentioned were deal breakers for this hotel.

This was my first time in Berlin and my decision to book this hotel was based on its location to the venue of a concert I was going to. The subway was just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel with easy connections to Berlin city and the Airport. The hotel bar offered a small menu in the evening, but there was also plenty of other restaurants and takeaways a short walk away. Checkin was quick and easy, and the room was spacious, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was available from about 0700-1100hrs daily wand was substantial.

For my particular stay I can't think of anything that could have made it better. The hotel met my expectations and I didn't need to. request any additional help from the hotel.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower room had nice bathtub with shampoo, liquid body soap, liquid hand soap, dryer etc. The room also has a safe. Clearning ladies were very friendly and they would say hi in the morning. I have no complains about the room.

I didn't love the location. It's a little exotic area - if you're looking for such experience , then maybe it's a good location. But to me, it was the first time to visit Berlin so I was seeking for more Germany experience.

Good hotel for the price. The room was big enough. They already placed a crib in the room for the baby. It had no view, but that's fine. I did not expect anything. The bathroom is super as well. Big enough and it had a bath shower without a shower curtain which is usually not the best, but somehow, the angle was such that the floors were not wet. Check-in and Check-out was smooth. Car parking was the best part. Underground parking and at 12 Euros a day, it was rightly priced.

It said during booking that the parking had an option to charge electric cars, but sadly it was not there. Service was not the best. I mean, the instant coffee was not refilled. One cup was not replaced / washed. This is a very small thing, but it was annoying to see half work. If you washed / replaced 1, why not the other? The bed was made, but the baby's crib was not. In fairness, when I called and asked for a new cup and more coffee, I got it in 30 mins.

The location is very good, near U8 Boddinstrasse. Hotel is clean, the breakfast is very nice, staff is very Berlin 😄, beds are good and rooms are very comfy.

The interior design is a bit alt-modisch but that is up to personal preferences. Also: reception told me that breakfast was until 11u but in fact it was until 10u (in weekdays, only in weekend is it until 11u). So first day I missed breakfast because of miscommunication.

Excellent breakfast.Great choice of hot and cold food and drinks.Staff were friendly and helpful and location was excellent as well with a U Bahn station just around the corner.Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's just nit picking but hand soap dispenser în bathroom was awkwardly placed high up on the wall and towel rails were equally placed high up.

Absolutely everything was great; it is located in a vibrant neighborhood with a lot of shops and eateries; it is a bit far away from the center but easily accessible by metro. Although, we sometimes used to walk to the center and it was taking around 50 minutes. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety and the coffee is perfect, simply perfect!

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained to me very clearly, I was very impressed with my room being tidied up every single day.

On my last day I was running late to check out. I quickly went to iron my shirt on a different floor where the ironing station was and when I went back to my room, I couldn't get in. I saw the domestic staff member in the corridor if he could let me in, and he was so rude to me, instead of explaining in a simple manner that he cannot do that as he is not sure whether that's my room and just offer me to speak to the reception staff, he said in a rude manner - ''I don't know if that's your room!'' and looked away, refused to talk to me. Thank god when I went to the reception and explained the situation, the guy just swiped my card and allowed me to go back in to collect my suitcase.
