The location was perfect for our needs - central (close to Alexanderplatz) but also close to our friends who live in Prenzlauer Berg. The room was just the perfect size and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days. Putting the room key in the "box" for electricity was a great solution. The staff were friendly and we were able to leave our postcards with them for mailing on our last day, which was much appreciated :)

Despite booking one large bed for our double room, we hadn't expected a shared duvet, and would perhaps have preferred two single ones. However, the duvet was big enough and no mid-sleep fighting ensued :) The breakfast had a good variety but could have been slightly better quality.

The hotel was really close to the City center, the rooms were adequately cleaned (even though some dust was present on some corners etc). Bed sheets and towels were extremely clean and, the size of the room a bit small but it was perfect for us who just wanted to go to the hotel for sleep :). The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and polite and they provided you with coffee at any time. Definitely recommend to people who want to explore the city and be near the City center.

Just the issue with the dust but it was not that much therefore there was not a reason to make a big deal about it.

The location was very close to public transport stops, and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, museums, and Christmas markets. The duvet was surprisingly warm! And the room had plenty of space. There were also free croissants at the front desk all the time.

The room didn’t have any tissues!! We also should have checked this on the amenities, but be warned that the double room doesn’t have a fridge or kettle, either. The hair dryer was one of the worst I have ever used. The shower has only all-in-one shampoo/body soap, and no conditioner, so bring your own.

Its proximity to the tram and location for taking taxis made it extremely convenient, the area is quite lonely for walking ,there are not many shops and restaurants around, there are a few parks and cemeteries so during the night walking was not very cute. However , the fact that the reception operates 24 hours a day was a definite plus. In terms of functionality, everything worked smoothly, which was crucial for my work trip. Additionally, having a 24-hour gas station right next to the hotel was a lifesaver for late-night needs. The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating throughout my stay, enhancing the overall experience. However, there is room for improvement in the housekeeping department.

During my stay, I noticed that the daily cleaning of the room left something to be desired. For instance, the used glasses were not replaced, and the handwashing area still had remnants of my makeup and some hair, indicating that it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned.

This hotel is located about 10mts walk from Alexanderplatz station, from where you can go to any part of Berlin. There is also a tram station few meters away from the hotel. There are lot of attractions within walking distance. Berlin TV Tower is about 1 km from this hotel. Reichstag Building, Memorial of the Berlin Wall, Brandenburg Gate and Holocaust Memorial are all within 3 kms. Though it’s close to Alexanderplatz, it’s located in a quiet area. Rooms are not big, just like most of the IBIS hotels, however, it’s worth the money you are paying for such a decent place in so close proximity to Alexanderplatz. Room is air-conditioned and had amenities like TV, free Wifi, kettle etc. Bathroom was provided with free toiletries and hairdryer. Room had a view of the TV tower. Breakfast was good with a nice spread, but, the . There is a bar adjacent to the reception. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There is also a petrol station in the same building from where we got sandwiches, hot dogs, coffee etc. Front office staff were excellent and always willing to help.

Heating system was not working. Breakfast area was small and we found it hard to find a free table

This is a very nice low key hotel close to Alexander Platz. The price/quality/location ratio is just perfect. We walked everywhere on foot and did not eve need to take any public transport. The room was perfectly fine, with air-conditioning, private bathroom, fresh towels every day and a comfortable bed. The hotel is situated on a busy street but we did not hear it at all during the night with windows closed. We did not make use of breakfast in the hotel as it seemed expensive to us (15 Eur). There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There is also a petrol station in the same building should you need a small snack in the middle of the night.

Only one lift was working while we were there and we needed to wait pretty much every time but I am just nitpicking because I have nothing else to complain about.

I liked the hotel's facilities and location close to Alexanderplatz. The room had everything I needed. I loved the breakfasts which had lots of food options and interesting additions like the waffle maker. The breakfast staff was also super friendly.

My room was not cleaned at least twice and once I found the content of the toilet bin inside the toilet which was very strange. This should be improved and rooms cleaned properly every day, not rushed with things thrown in a haste. Also, one lift was not working throughout the whole stay.

The hotel is a good value choice not too far from the centre of town. Although it's not super close to the main sights, local tram/U-bahn stops are not too far away. The Alexanderplatz station and shops are within 15/20mins walk, as are supermarkets. The included breakfast was pleasant, and my room was spacious for this end of the market.

The room was perhaps a little too warm- wasn't clear how to turn down the heating. Not that it was a major issue, but you could hear a little noise through the wall.

Super nice stuff at the reception, very helpful. Very good location, super close to Alexanderplatz, direct lines to and from the airport. View of the tower from the bedroom window was awesome. I think most would consider the room a little small but it was perfect for us, also very clean, they cleaned it every day.

Not very big issues, maybe more like observations: we had quite a lot of trash on one day that they didn’t take out (bags, water bottles etc). We also only had 2 big towels and a foot towel (no small ones for face).

We were taken very good care of by the reception staff. We arrived late and hungry, they checked us in and fixed pizza for us. Our room was nice, clean and with a view of the TV Tower. The breakfast was very adequate, nicely laid out, the food was fresh and the breakfast area was nice and clean.

When we checked in they said I had only booked for one person. I said I had booked for one adult and one child. They asked how old he was (he is tall for his age) and said we may have to pay for breakfast for him, despite my booking showing that children under 12 years old were included in the final price of my booking, which included breakfast. It felt a bit discriminating, because he is tall? When we checked out they did not mention any extra breakfast charges.
