great location, clean apartments, friendly staff. There is a bar on the ground floor, music plays on the weekends, but by midnight everything stops. Cleaning is not like in the hotel, but it does not interfere. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Staying with 2 small children was also comfortable.

there is no street sign and signage. Keys and payment must be made at the bar on the ground floor. This was not in the description of the apartments, not entirely clear.

Lovely apartment in a nice area of Berlin. The apartment is bright, clean and spacious. We thought it would be a separate bedroom, but it was more of a studio, but it was good sized and comfortable. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but close to everything. Lots of restaruants, bars, cafés close by. Two underground stations and a couple of tram options withiin a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Alexanderplatz, Museum Insel, the Dome and many other sights only a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment.

As others also have commented, we got no information on how/where to pick up the keys and no reply to our message when trying to ask about it. You pick up the keys at the café next door. The café was closed when we left (no previous info on that either) so a bit confusing how/where to leave the keys. Parking is not easy to find, we found a garage at Alexanderplatz about 1 km away, and it was quite expensive.

Great location with countless restaurants and attractions in walking distance. Spacious room, modern design and even a balcony. Easy hand-over of key at the bar which is on the ground floor of the property (and open until late with great food and drink offerings!) Room had everything one could wish for. Will be back next year of we can!

The internet was flaky to non-existent, but I am pretty sure they fixed that by now.

The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and had what we needed. It was a 10-12 minute walk from all public transportation which made it very convenient to seeing the sights in Berlin. Check in was very easy at the bar downstairs.

There were no instructions, specifically how to get hot water. We finally figured out the water heater was tied to a bathroom light!

The location is excellent and the price for the space is great. The check-in is in this cute bar and coffee shop and the coffee is excellent. The flat is equipped with everything you'd need for a short stay.

German pillows, its a personal preference, but square squidgy pillows are just the worst. It was a little noisy at night, but that's expected with the location. The extractor fan in the bathroom also kept making noise throughout the night.

Brilliant Location. Good facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Well managed. Cleaned every day. Great cafe/bar downstairs where you collect keys. Its lively at night until late outside but great to hear such a chilled atmosphere. Its Mitte in a summer heatwave so fab :-)

The single beds aren't really as they are separate mattresses and duvet on a double bed base. It wasn't a major problem but worth mentioning.

I arrived much earlier than the given check-in time, however, the host was there in a minute and guided me to my room. The apartment is very bright, clean and comfortable. It was super nice spending the evening on the balcony and then take a good night sleep in the cozy bed. The apartment house is located in the center of berlin which made it very easy for me to arrive all of my destinations. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place! I really recommend!

Good location, it's close to two different metro stations and just a short walk from Alexanderplatz. Check-in and check-out are carried out at the bar under the apartment building and the staff is incredibly nice! Both on arrival and departure we asked them if they could keep our luggage and they were really helpful, a girl even guided us to the trash bins after we asked her where we could find one. The apartment was also very spacious, well-equipped and super clean. Also, no payment is required until the check-in and there's no additional tax or charge than what is indicated on your reservation. Overall I had a great time, I would definitely recommend this structure to anyone visiting Berlin.

A really lovely bright, spacious apartment in a fantastic location with great transport links. The apartment was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had enough towels and toilet rolls etc. The bed was comfy and, for such a busy area, it was really quiet. Great communication from the host and easy pick up of keys

We could have done with a couple of extra coathangers but I'm sure they would have been supplied if we'd asked - it can't have bothered us that much, because we didn't!

Excellent location, big rooms, very well equipped. People were friendly and very, very nice. It would be great if they answer faster to communications but again they were really nice people once they established the communication with us.

Well ....it is difficult to say but I wish there were better instructions on the process to get the keys upon arrival. I did not know the cafe downstairs was associated with them. This is not particular about this place but something you find in every single hotel or place to stay in ut overall this place in Germany and is the beds are split in the middle and they are not comfy really, but again this is not only this place but all places in Germany since I have been going there for 13 years. other than that all was good.
