Location is superb, only 10 min walk to Alexanderplatz and right on the corner of Rosa Luxemborg U-bahn station, literally 20 steps away to get anywhere. The apartment is well equipped, with great view. Even though it is located on a busy street it was still quiet in the night, if you do open the window though it gets noisy but nothing to get bothered about. I was very happy with our stay.

I panicked a little bit in regards to the payment, I had it confirmed that the payment was on arrival. We paid on arrival in 4 ways (4 ladies traveling together), the day after arrival I saw on my credit card a charge for the whole amount, I contacted the property and within few hours the transaction was cancelled but it wasn't comfortable experience at the time. If they want to pre authorize the creditcard they should do it after the cancellation policy ends and not after I had paid.

Beautiful, very clean. .. very nice staffs who are readily available to assist. perfect Location with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc. Few minutes walk distance to Alexander Platz.

we had an apartment L what was actually made for family of 4 persons as was shown in the description. Unfortunately this was relatively too small, the beds could only take 3 persons. Although an extra bed was given which made the room too tight for movement. we were like packed in a box. However there wasn’t any space left to sit or stand for morning breakfast. Quite a whole struggle.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for her birthday. When we entered the hotel, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who answered any of our questions or requests and also gave a lot of information about how to get to the sites we were going to visit or recommended new sites we didn't know about. When we entered the room we were amazed to discover how beautifully decorated, warm and clean it is! The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Alexanderplatz and the train. Near the hotel there is a variety of public transportation, a supermarket, bars and places for breakfast

Pleasant design and calm color palette really make you relax. Of course, an impressive view..of Berlin's landmarks...which can't help but attract and want to come back again)) And, of course, household items... you will find everything you need quickly at hand. The night atmosphere is also mesmerizing and takes your breath away, I recommend this hotel to everyone ... TRY IT ❤️Clean and respectable linen is mended. The apartment was amazing, allowing us to be self sufficient and had spectacular views of the fireworks on NYE.

Arrived at the hotel at 458pm and there was no staff to meet us (we understand it was NYE). the bell or phone calls to the provider were not answered. Luckily there was another resident to allow access to the reception where the cards were, and thankfully we could gain wifi. The check in process via the hotelbird app didn’t work and we scoured through a whole bunch of previous emails to find the pin to access the cards. This check in was probably the most stressful we’ve experienced yet it was the only negative part of our stay. We were allowed to keep luggage at reception on departure which was fantastic whilst we waited for our next hotel check in.

Design, very clean, Location, comfy bed

As a regular guest since 4 years, I'll noticed that some things need to be fixed. The shower head need be fixed, it was broken and also the lampshade. For a hotel this expensive i expect no broken furniture.

Absolutely gorgeous room fitted with everything you could want located seconds away from the underground and within twenty minutes walking distance from the city. The bed was extremely comfortable and the noise outside the apartment didn't disturb as the windows were thick and kept out a lot of noise. View from the apartment was fabulous and it was easy to access day and night. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. We are definitely coming back to this apartment the next time we are in Berlin. 10/10

The only thing we could say was that there were no English speaking channels on television but that didn't really worry us as we weren't there to watch tele!

stylish, sufficiently spacious, good location

check-in wasn’t entirely smooth; Booking.com automation (past hours check-in) did not go well. glass in bathroom makes for an awkward situation if not staying alone…

We loved our stay at Amano Home!!! It's next to the U station, and very close to the train station, in a wonderful, and safe area, with small cafes, and restaurants. It's a 10-minute walk from the Museums Island. It was clean, minimal, stylish, contemporary, and cozy, with a great view of the street and the inner yard.

During our stay, it was super hot (30o C) and the lack of air conditioning was an issue. Thankfully, when the temperature drops, it gets better later in the night. It was kind of weird that you wanted us to pay for our stay, before even stepping foot in Berlin, and that your staff is not fluent in English.

Location is simply perfect, comfortable walk to Alexanderplazt and plenty of cafes and shops around, well cleaned modern room, perfect touch was a yoga mat and some staff to make sport at home, i have never met this somewhere before. Super sound proof windows is fantastic in this central loud area. Ask upper floor, will be more nicer view.

Personal opinion is that the room looks much smaller than on pics
