The room size, high ceilings, air-conditioning and large windows were a plus. Allowed to luggage drop-off before check-in was useful. Central location, very close to U2 subway/metro line.

I asked for a receipt/invoice but was not provided, is there a reason why this cannot be done? No response from the hotel. I even asked if could e-mail if unable to print - no e-mail came. It says free ice-cream during the summer (with written board at the front) but when asked about it, nobody knew...

Spacious rooms which were cleaned daily, quiet hotel with not too much noise around. Right on the U2 metro line so very convenient for travel in the city.

Location wasn’t the best if you prefer walking, as mentioned it is very close to the U2 metro line (100m or so) but not much around, 1 or 2 small cafes, no restaurants ( and hotel food seemed expensive- we didn’t eat here) and a small convenient shop. It’s about 15/20 minute walk into the main areas and it is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood which seemed more residential or office based. Easy to get metro places but maybe keep this in mind for additional daily costs. Doors were heavy and didn’t latch well, we didn’t close our main front door properly twice and came back to the door open and bathroom door would pop back open if you didn’t slam it or lock it, not sure if this was just an issue with our room.

The room was definitely something that amazed us the most! And it was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in! :) The bathroom was amazing too and the highlight was definitely the bathtub, we asked for it in advance and we were so happy that the hotel made it happen! If we could choose the room when we come again, we would be happy with the same one! :) The room temperature was perfect too! The location of the hotel is exceptional, almost everything is in a walking distance or a very few bus stops and the street is so peaceful!

The staff are friendly, the room was clean with lovely high ceilings, and the bed was comfortable. I had a very well-made drink at the bar too. I was staying two nights for a conference, so it was absolutely fine for that.

The décor in the front bar is atrocious. The silver faux leather sofas, and red bar stools, are in urgent need of throwing out. The whole hotel is very mid 2000s in style, but it gets better when you go beyond the bar towards the courtyard and glass lift. I do hate a glass sliding door on a bathroom. It was fine for me staying there alone, but I would not want to share a room like this with my partner. It's a great building and the staff were nice though, so I wouldn't be put off coming again.

Great location as you can walk to all the major tourists attractions in the city from this hotel. Its next to the river too with good cafes and restaurants nearby. The bed was comfy and the room a good size. The gym was good too. When we had issues with the air con in our room the staff were very quick to move us to another room and also super helpful when we were leaving and forgot an item in the room. They searched immediately and found it for us!

The only gripe is the bathroom doors are perhaps stylish but make the bathroom not very private. Otherwise a great hotel to stay in Berlin.

Hotel staff is very friendly, location is great and if you like walking you can get around pretty much by foot. The bed was very comfortable

There was construction going on in the room right next to mine. So I woke up to the sound of construction which was pretty loud. However to be fare this was already 10 AM, I was just sleeping late. And it did not last very long. I just wish that they would think about this and not give out the room right next to it. Hotel did not seem full by any means and it's off season now.

We arrived in Berlin around 11h00, and the hotel kept our luggage until we could check in. I traveled with my daughter, and it was great that we had two twin beds instead of a double bed. The room was spotless and a decent size for us and our luggage. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, and the bar fridge was useful to keep milk and yogurt. The iron and ironing board in the room were useful. The location is good. You only walk a short way to Museum Island. The room was very quiet, which helped me to sleep well. The linen and towels were excellent quality. I will stay here again.

We stayed for four nights. The aircon worked for 3 nights but not the last night. It was a hot day, so aircon would have been a treat. There was apparently a problem with the aircon system of the hotel that night. It did not bother us too much because we are used to heat in our country.

I recently stayed at the Park Plaza Wallstreet Berlin Mitte and found its location to be one of its best features. Situated in the heart of Berlin, the hotel is within walking distance of major attractions like the Berlin Wall and Museum Island, and the nearby U-Bahn station makes exploring the city easy and convenient. The rooms were modern, clean, and provided a comfortable space to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. However, I did notice that there was no one available to help with luggage, which could be an issue for some guests. Additionally, while the hotel offers a variety of breakfast options, it wasn’t in the form of a buffet, so keep that in mind if you’re expecting a more traditional setup. Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, the Park Plaza Wallstreet Berlin Mitte is a solid choice for anyone looking to stay in a central and vibrant area of Berlin. The location alone makes it worth considering for both leisure and business travelers.

The hotel was very well maintained, centrally located, close to several underground/train access points and in a very nice and quiet area. There are plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops and markets nearby. Hotel staff was professional and room was spacious. Great small breakfast and lunch spot just down the block called Wall Coffee. Best coffee drinks and homemade food at very reasonable prices.

Bar is very nice but at night was very slow even with the Europe Cup matches on tv. We also had two of the same rooms for the family and one was quite a bit smaller and did not have a king sized bed as confirmed when booking. I discussed with the hotel but it didn’t change anything. Just be aware as this happens frequently when reserving hotels in Europe.

This hotel is great. I chose it based on the reviews and they were not wrong. The location is great - three train stations within walking distance - one only 3 mins away! The train from this station takes you to Alexanderplatz - one of the larger hubs - from there you can go pretty much anywhere in the city. The staff were kind and friendly. The room was on the larger side considering Europe hotels

There is no restaurant in the hotel - we came back late one night after the sunset cruise and found it very hard to get a bite to eat. The small-eats kitchen closes at 10:00 pm. :-( Most restaurants in the area also close at 10:00pm - plan accordingly.
