Excellent location close to many of the main attractions and within easy walking distance of buses and underground transport. Restaurants within walking distance. A supermarket was within one minutes walk from the hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and well equipped. It was cleaned well each day and new towels provided. Free to use laundry facilities on site. The reception staff offered to take laundry and dry it using the staff facilities (see below).

Unfortunately the tumble driers in the laundry were all out of action however there were drying racks available. Hotel breakfast was of good quality but expensive.

Great location on Museum Island in Berlin, within easy, 5 minutes' walking distance of the main museums, the cathedral, Humboldt University, and lots of dining. Half hour stroll to the Brandenburg Gate and other major sites. Three blocks to the metro. Lots of cabs. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a very nice staff. Free laundry machines. Despite the downtown location, the hotel was very quiet. Big windows so lots of light. Overall we were very pleased.

This area of Berlin is undergoing enormous amounts of construction so the neighborhood has many lots fenced off with huge cranes. But we saw two wild foxes hunting near the site near the hotel--unexpected wildlife in the middle of downtown.

This hotel is great. It's intended as an "extended-stay" hotel, so rooms include a kitchenette with refrigerator, and some have washer/dryer machines. The hotel is right across the street from a supermarket, so it's easy to get any food you want for yourself in your room. The hotel is in easy walking distance from Museum Island, the Berliner Dom, Nikolaviertel and an U-Bahn station that will take you anywhere else you want to go (e.g., 3 or 4 stops away from the Brandenburg gate). The rooms are spacious, comfortable and attractively decorated. The staff was informal and friendly, but very effective. They seemed to have an answer for everything (including the free umbrellas they offer if you're going out into the rain). If you want a taxi, they have a single button they can press - and mine arrived within a minute.

Great location near to u ban and bus, 2 min walk to Nikolai, 10 min to alexanderplatz. Easy access to most areas of Berlin. Great air con, big and cozy beds, nice kitchenette for basic things. Supermarket across the street. We didn't eat breakfast in the dining room but found many options around. Helpful and nice staff. We also used the laundry room and it was very comfortable. The room is cleaned up every day, We would certainly stay here again!

Just because there is a kitchenette, it would be nice if sitting and eating in the room is made more comfortable by adding a bigger table and chair. But we managed eather way. A little bit more expensive but worth the money.

to the management: at may 1st, the AC system of the hotel automatically switches to summer and can only cool instead of heating. may 1st in berlin can still be considered winter so either this automatic date has to change or the guests should have the option to be able heat the room regardless of the date. the info signs say this is because of sustainability but no one in their right mind would heat the room if the weather was actually warm, so let’s not sustainability-wash this policy :) to the reception staff: you provided us with an extra blanket immediately when we called about the AC, thanks :)

The staff at the front desk were always available, helpful and friendly. The location is great for what we wanted to do - visit the museums and do some site-seeing. Several main bus lines stop just in front of the hotel, the TV tower was an easy landmark and only a few blocks away. We were able to get to the airport, to the zoo and to the train to Potsdam, etc all very easily on public transportation. If you're traveling to Berlin, download some of the scooter & bike apps like Lime, Bolt and Nextbike. We walked so much in the museums and castles, that we scootered & rode bikes whenever possible.

This is a no frills hotel - very clean & comfortable, but nothing fancy. They offer breakfast, but with so many great cafes and bakeries on every corner, we didn't try the hotel food. There was a Nespresso machine in our room, but only 2 pods when we checked in. When my husband asked for another pod the next day, he was charged for it. We were there ~a week, so we just bought a pack of pods at the grocery store across the street (which also had a bakery, great selection of drinks, snacks, etc).

The hotel is modern and fairly new. The rooms are spacious and well thought out, with plenty of space and a kitchenette which was a great bounus. There's a suermarket directly across the street which has a bakery with coffee inside. You can also get coffee in the lobby in the mornings which was great as we didn't take the breakfast. We were very happy with our choice.

The location is very close to public transportation but not directly in the city center, there are also not many restaurants nearby so you need to be prepared to take the bus or U-Bahn, I would suggest a day pass.

Capri by Fraser is a very well located, clean and comfortable hotel. The interior design of the rooms is well thought through, the beds are comfortable. Don’t expect lush luxury. The staff is very friendly. Gym is well enough equipped. Considering what other hotels in the vicinity dare charge per night, it’s the perfect place for a business trip to Berlin.

Well, if you stay in one of the rooms facing the busy street you’ll notice the street noise even though the sound insulation is state of the art. This is just what it is. I use ear plugs so doesn’t bother me. Ask for a room not facing that street if you’re sensitive to noise.

Large, airy studio room was equipped with a mini kitchen that worked out very well. Washing machine availability on the first floor is a big plus, although there was some miscommunication with reception over whether I could borrow a drying rack for my clothes (I was initially told yes, then no). Very comfortable bed and spacious shower. Very good location.

Reception gave me a WiFi password- when it didn't work, they said it was because they had just switched the password that day and it would take time for the new one to work. I was without WiFi that morning and left the property- then when I got back hours later, it turned out the people working the desk in the morning had given me the wrong password. Kind of annoying.
