The accomodaion was as expected. All was just fine. Clean. Modern. Enough towels and toiletries. And we loved thick curtains avoiding early sunlight disturbance. Underground just minutes away, a grocery shop just behind the corner ... and a nice brewery with delicious food five minutes walk. And free parking outside.

We hated the glass door in the bathroom. Why would anyone choose such door is a mistery. And just to be sure you don´t get missed while pooing, there is a mirror on the wall just opposite to those door :D No privacy at all. If you normally go with your bathroom door open at home, you will be fine. If you prefer your privacy like us, than you might get upset. Nevermind the size of the bathroom.

I always book this hotel whenever I go to Berlin because the staff is super. They are always kind and always calm. I am amazed by their service. I see that some guests can be very stressed to the point of unreasonable and rude, but they maintain calmness and politeness. I have witnessed this several times especially during high season and I have never seen any of their staff crack under pressure. They always find a solution. And whenever they can, they accommodate simple requests I have. I always arrive Berlin from long travels that I sometimes arrive 1 hour before the check-in time. And if rooms are free before the check-in time, they allow me to check-in so I may rest. They understand their customers well. I enjoy staying here for the sheer fact, I really like the service. I have very positive experience in this hotel. This is a business stay hotel where I like to sleep and stay because transport is accessible to where I normally go.

I have only positive experience here...But note: people should not expect luxury facilities. This is a business hotel where one gets comfortable sleep, great service, eats and conduct their business and go.

The hotel was somehow fully booked during my stay, so it's apparently popular, despite it not being that close to the city center. It can be reached easily via Mierendorffplatz U-bahn and some bus connections, you can walk to Charlottenburg and the Spree, the area is quiet and clean but there's a good restaurant selection in the near. It's a good break from the loud Alexanderplatz - Museum Insel - Brandenburger Tor crowds and noise.

Beds and pillows were somewhat uncomfortable. Found it funny how the bathroom had a semi-opaque window facing the beds, so one person lying on the bed could see what the other person in the bathroom was doing.

Good value hotel for Berlin. Functional room, rather quiet if you close the windows. Clean, comfortable bed. Grocery store literally next door. You can take a nice walk by the river nearby.

The triple room is basically a double room to which they added a cot with a mattress on top, so there isn't a lot of space for luggage. It's a bit far from main tourist attractions, although there's a U Bahn stop nearby and there are quite a few restaurants in the area.

The hotel was perfectly located for me to be able to visit my friends who live about 300 metres from the hotel. It was also easy walking distance to the U7 underground, and thus to everything of interest in Berlin. There is a supermarket next door for anyone who has forgotten some essential item, e.g. toothpaste. The staff is multilingual and very friendly and helpful, and the area is quiet at night.

The hotel is looking a little jaded and some things, e.g. the plug in the bathroom basin, needed maintenance. (Sounds minor, but if you can't drain the basin, it's a problem.)

Room was OK, also breakfast. It is a wide time slot for breakfast and is enough room even if there is more people at same time. Underground train (U-Bahn) is also not far away and the connection is very good.

The problem with hot water. There was no hot water for 3 days, as it was informed, that there is an technical issue. But we survived. :)

This hotel is the best hotel that I ever stayed in Berlin , all people are very friendly, they will always happy to answer your questions and fix things you need ! And every day free coffee and tea are so helpful when you are the person who loves hot drinks! I ask for kettle they literally put the kettle in my room for 5 days, free wifi is always good ! I’m 100% happy in here,thank you !

Really near U train stop, fantastic Asian restaurant nearby, reasonably priced rooms.

You could only get your key back if you had the little card with the room no on it.. otherwise you had to wait to be checked out. I realize it's for security but was a bit of a pain if you forgot the card. Breakfast too expensive so we went to local cafes.

A day before check-out, I asked staff at the desk if it would be a problem for me to check out a bit after 2AM. Was told it wasn't a problem since they are available 24/7. When actually checking out at 2.30AM, I was met by I confused member of staff, telling me should could not collect payment as the computer used for that was locked and her colleague would only get back in 15-30 min. I could not wait that long, so I left (thanks for trusting me girl at the desk) and managed to pay later via bank transfer

Simple, but clean and nice hotel at a practical and relatively quiet location close to central Berlin. Perfect for short stay. Very good breakfast. The hotel has esthetics of early 1990-ies, but doesn´t look outdated.

No air-conditioning, so on a hot day need to open the windows - then with some noise from the street, though not very much.
