Comfortable, clean room. Amazing breakfast at a fantastic price. Exquisite surroundings. We had a little terrace that opened straight out onto the garden. How wonderful! Red squirrels, woodpeckers. The staff here are very, very good - helpful and professional. Honestly, I cannot wait to go back!!!

There is nothing that I didn’t like about the property. The swimming pool is currently closed for renovation but as the lady at reception said, next time I visit, I will be able to use it.

The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our room had a view into the beautiful adjacent park. The staff was nice and helpful. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is right next to a hospital, but it wasn't a big issue, there were no loud noises or anything. Only when we arrived on the first day we were a bit confused as to where the entrance to the hotel was.

Not all facilities running or only partly. Restaurant closed, swimming pool open in the morning and evening for a couple of hours each time and have to book a slot. A little maintenance in the bathroom required, which should be reported by the house cleaners as they touch everything and should notice it. Room prices only board a bit overpriced for the offerings.

the restaurant was closed in the evening which I was unaware of however we found other places not too far away. The room was clean apart from the outer edges of the room which needed a hoover with a nozzle, other than that, the rooms were very clean. no kettle/brewing facilities.

The bath-rooms were of very high standard. Rooms on the first floor have access to a nice lawn. The reception staff was friendly and very competent. Workspace in rooms was very well funcitoning.

Rooms on the first floor are rather dark. Breakfast quality was not as high as the average hotel standard. The hotel is located in an uninteresting area with a ½km walk to anything of interest.

The hotel is great, the staff is very welcoming, the rooms are big, but it could use some refreshment, especially the bathrooms, the showers. We were lucky to get a last minute reservation, when the hotel was almost fully booked, so we got a ground floor room. The big bonus of this room was the direct access to the garden, where each room had a table with chairs and sunbed(s). The hotel is right near Charlotenburg Palace, which was a plus, since the palace and its gardens are beautiful. Parking right near the entrance and at a fair price. Having the indoor pool just for ourselves was really great :) (because of the pandemic and the social distancing measures they allow only one room at the time in the pool) The hotel is in the same court with the clinic, so you may see some ambulances when you exit the hotel, but we were not disrupted in any way by that.

Not a fast way to go down-town by public transport. Yes, you have a lot of options, but none of them is straight or direct, so you end up at 40 minutes, while by car its 15 minutes. The wifi was pretty bad, but as far as we understood they were having some issues and they were working on fixing them. (not fixed during our 4 nights stay)

I liked a very friendly hotel staff and a nice view out of the balcony. Breakfast was very good and in a friendly atmosphere. It's nice to have a quiet, comfortable room surrounded with a beautiful park and still in the middle of a big city.

The bed was kinda not as comfortable but it was a minor thing. The hotel is little hard to find if one doesn't travel by car. Itis a part of Schlossklinik facility.

The hotel is situated like a part of medical center. It seems that was a former hotel or ward for light patients after plastic or orthopedics surgery. Swimming pool was additional value with warm water what is necessary for physio.

Now it is new trend a lot of extras. You pay parking, you pay extra breakfast, you pay extra breakfast drinks. Than a final price is higher then is announced in advertisement.

What a great stay I had! Hotel is in adorable location, next to a beautiful park so you wake up with birds singing... swimming pool is so cosy and lovely... and a fact you can reserve it for your own use only is amazing. Finally, hotel's staff is extremely professional and friendly. And breakfast... such a great delicious selection! Loved this hotel and would definitely come back!

Really big room with a balcony. Everything was as advertised. Clean and equipped as a 4-star hotel should be. Minibar prices were reasonable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty. Would like a little diversity in the hot meal part of it though (only one kind of eggs).

WiFi was slow, but that didn't affect my stay there.
