The room was good, to work from. because it had a chair with back support. That was the main reason for me to decide to take a room in this hotel. Also the area is pretty good. Very green and lots of places around to get some food .I stayed 5 nights and was always happy to walk around and explore the area.

The air was very dry and if you have a carpet allergy it could be a problem. Because there is carpet everywhere.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Nice breakfast. Room was comfortable with fast internet, air conditioning and coffee maker.

Room was a bit small as compared to the photos shown on the booking page and the bathroom had some mould signs in the corners.

Considering the fact that hotels are somewhat expensive in Berlin (at least at this Walpurgis Night & Labour Day holiday), this hotel was relatively cheap and offered a decent price/quality ratio as a 3-star hotel. It's so easy to reach the hotel from Central Train Station and to go to the landmarks of the city centre by buses passing around. The reception staff treated me well. Windows could be fully opened, which was good for improving the A/C in the room. The room and the bed and bathroom stuff were clean and well-equipped enough. (That being said, thank you for the cotton buds package in the bathroom as well.) The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast service was satisfactory. Last but not least, thank you for giving away free drinks in return for letting the daily housekeeping routine be skipped.

The WiFi connection was slow. But another remarkable problem is the hotel doesn't have a dinner service. This is a problem because there were no open restaurants around the hotel. As an alternative point, it could be fine if the hotel had a snack bar in the lobby as well, but fortunately, there is a kiosk/minimarket on the street behind the hotel where you can buy snacks and drinks.

Room was comfortable, not big, but cozy. Small table so if you want to work inside you can hardly do it. Good breakfast: basic variety of all the ingredients; no ordering service. In front of the hotel in several blocks there is a river/channel so it's nice walking near embankment or having water excursion by the boat. For fans of walking it's a good distance nearby if you want to get to the center of the city, main transport facilities or etc

It's not the center of the city. You should use the bus service or U-Bahn, or walk a lot through not very interesting blocks. But after these blocks there is a very picturesque and tranquille Tiergarten.

Even if the Hotel is located not quite close to the City Center, it was easy to reach with the 345 Pullman. Don't be scared by the fact that only one line serves the neighborhood because it works amazingly. The hotel met our expectations: it was clean and nice, every receptionist was kind and very friendly (one of them spoke perfect Italian, also). The room was surely big enough, well organized and equipped and always clean. So was the bathroom, with clean towels every morning.

The room was clean but we had some problems with the moquette on the floor and the dust.

The hotel is in a very peaciful and quiet zone near to tiergarten and S-banhof, also close to EDEKA supermarket (very recomended to get cheap food and drink). The personal was very nice, attent and helpful with me. The room was spacious and very clean, with a big bed, TV and a kettle (very valuable detail for me). I recomended a lot Select Hotel Style Berlín! Very good price-service relationship!

Maybe the worst of this hotel is the distance (around 15- 20 minutes walking) to S-banhof. But is very well connected to Hauptbahnhof (2 stations) and U5 line, you can arrived quickly to Branderburgertor and Center of Berlín.

Breakfast was good, a bit pricey at 15 euro per person per day, but overall lots of choices and tasty. Staff was nice and helpful. Room has powered window blinds that you can adjust. Room window opens so you can let fresh air in, really liked that.

Asked two days in a row to replace our shampoo/shower gel as the bottle that was there when we arrived was empty. Only replaced the 3rd day when I specifically went to reception and asked for it to be replaced right there and then. The air conditioning unit made a strange "broken glass"-like sound that was a bit annoying at night.

The service at hotel is amazing i really never was so kindly approached and it was by all of the workers. I guess it just their standard. Room was spacious clean everything was working. Breakfast was tasty. I recomend for sure. We could leave luggage before check in and afrete check out. Localisation is in quiet and nice area near the bus which takes you almost everywhere.

Check in hours is really late :15 but due to ability to leave the luggage it wasnt that much of problem but i would prefer to check in at 12/13

Our accommodation was very good ! The room was very clean, the bed and the pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and new. There was everyday cleaning service and change of the bed linens and the towels. The breakfast was perfect and contained a lot of things, there was big variety of food. Everything was ok !

One day the cleaning service forgot one towel dumped on the room table and we hadn't put a towel there. But it's ok it wasn't a big deal.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a room with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. Sofa bed was veery comfortable. Close walk to bus stop which goes straight in to town/tourist areas. Some food options close by for takeaway but best to eat in town for plenty of options. Close to the river to go running.
