The hotel was modern, with a nice decor and spotlessly clean. It was quiet, bathroom was really nice and had a walk-in shower and the beds were very comfortable. Location was close to both bus and tram, so it was easy and quick to get into the town centre. The booking procedure and getting the Passcodes for the rooms was really easy and convenient, and it was nice not to have to queue to check in or out. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Air con would have been nice, as we staid during a very hot spell. We also missed having a bar for late night drinks, or at least the opportunity to purchase some drinks or snacks from a vending machine.

The room/suite was very bright and comfortable with a huge bed, table, desk, kitchenette and bathroom with a huge bath. It had a touch of luxury to it and was well connected to downtown Bonn with several buses outside the door and the 61 tram five minutes walk away. There was a great bakery, Gilgen's, 3 minutes in the opposite direction to Bonn.

There was a microwave, but a metal bowl that I didn't want to risk putting in it. I was also a little nervous about cooking because of the notice of setting off the smoke alarm. Even though the bath was great, the inclined floor of the shower wasn't steep enough and let water leak out onto the bathroom floor. I found it strange having no reception or staff and worried what I would do if anything went wrong. a

The place is comfortable, clean and quiet. The transport stage is close. I liked everything about it. Keep up the good work. The staff were very quick and prompt to respond to queries raised on WhatsApp

I would not say I did not like per se, perhaps a dish drying rack would be useful to have. It would be good to arrange a place where one can receive items of things ordered online. If possible, have another location that is closer to the World Conference Centre.

Excellent stay with very good service and modern facilities. The hotel offers very comfortable stay and comes with a kitchenette. The beds area very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Overall a very comfortable stay and look forward to return here.

Not.a negative aspect but good to mention the bath shower area floods a bit after a shower and one of the towels was a bit torn. The hotel is a bit away from the centre but easily accessible by Bus from the centre.

The room was big enough and quite in the 5th floor with a lot of equipment and modern facilities! You could cook, and prepare all kind of meals. The snacks, the beers and the refreshments are free of charge.

In the corridor was a internal door with an alarm system which connect the room with another one room, merging these two rooms to a bigger one. In the bathroom a used towel was been forgotten from the cleaning staff. The blanket was small size. The elevator was out of order (it was a big renovation - construction in this part) and it was lack of signs in the corridor concerning the direction of my room.

Loved the style of the apartment, the comfy beds, and the little touches like the coffee/tea/water/beer. It was very easy to check in and out. Communication response was very quick when asked questions.

The bathroom wasn't very clean upon arrival. I had to clean the toilet as there was urine around it and faeces marks in the toilet. No WiFi in the room on the 7th floor, only downstairs. We had to use our Mobil data. The light for the emergency exit was very bright when other lights were off at night. Need an eye mask if you like the dark to sleep.

The suite was making the stay quite self sufficient, due to its many amenities. The noise pollution in the surroundings was to a minimum, so it was very peaceful for working and resting. In addition to that, the beds were very comfortable.

Would have been better if there was a cleaning service - for changing bed sheets and to vacuum the suite.

The check-in process was on-line, with some issues, but with good support from on-line assistant. The room cleaning was basic, and was done only once in a week. Not very hot water was available in last 3 evenings.

room was ok. kitchen well equipped. good welcomes with snacks and drink. Breakfast we didn't order in the apartment. Bathroom was ok.

Cleanliness can be better. Wi-Fi does not work for three days but the hotel reimbues me for three days.

Very exceptional room for price/quality ratio if you intend to go to Köln, Bonn or nearby cities/villages. The room has great self service and everything was proper and clean.

Due to the room setup, you can hear noise from neighbouring hotel guests, which is fine.
