Everything was literally perfect. It is a short walk from the bus and train station in a plaza attached to everything, so you don’t really even walk on the street at all. It’s well lit, level, and easy to get to at any time day or night. The staff was lovely and the room was absolutely perfect. It was quiet and totally comfortable. The shower in the middle of the room is so interesting - and it has a rainfall option which was a surprising treat!!  They have a cool robotic butler that will bring you a drink and snack cart to your room.  The bar and restaurant downstairs are fine, but there are so many options within a few feet that you can choose from almost anything.  The train station itself has dozens of delicious food options, so no need to get breakfast at the hotel. I can’t say enough good things.

Two single beds despite having booked a queen bed - maybe my question for a second duvet has been misunderstood. The house is acoustically OK, but not quiet - you hear water running from neighboring rooms, doors, etc.

The lady on the desk ( I think she may have been a trainee) was so incredibly helpful . She told he about the offers for the hotel and she was so lovely and kind. The location of the hotel was perfect for the train station and the area was excellent for cafes and restaurants. The view of my room was incredible and if I came back to Dresden I will stay at the Pullman .

A stylishly refurbished DDR hotel. Comfortable, compact room. Very nice public areas. Very convenient for the HBF and trams to all parts of the city. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Hot water pressure was a bit weak during the morning rush-hour. The room had a protruding shelf at head height under the wall-mounted TV which I banged my head in several times. Beware. The cleaning staff start banging on doors very early.

Everything was great. The room, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the service, and especially the location. :)

The only downside I can think of is that if you need to use the toilet at night, you'll wake up your partner with the bathroom lights. The shower walls (which face the bed directly) are made of glass. I'd suggest specific switches to the toilet cabin to avoid that.

no kettle in the room should be better to have one. The first 2 day didn’t have body lotion in the cold day. The bathroom was quite weird with glass walls and curtains in the middle of the room.so I have to used eye shield to sleep.

It is conveniently located, just a 5 minute walk from Dresden Central Station. The room and facilities were good and especially breakfast was amazing! A buffet style breakfast with a variety of delicious food was available. I highly recommend it!

I valued the organization, order and most of all, the open, friendly and helpful qualities of the staff. The room lacked nothing. The views were delightful. The location was ideal.

I found everything exceptional, especially the grunt desk personnel.

we liked the contemporary style of the room with good quality fittings and furniture. full size glass window gave a stunning view over the city and station - this was the 12th floor. fortunately there was air conditioning too. obviously very handy for the station but also only a ten minute walk into the centre.

Excellent location, available parking spot, nice and kind staff. The rooms had a very nice view. Flexible check-in and check-out.

It was a little bit expensive for the services included in the price: breakfast, spa/gym and parking were all extras.
