Everything. Breakfast is particularly good and well staffed to keep the buffet fully stocked. This is a small hotel which does all the necessary basics very well. I have stayed here before and will do so again if I return to Dusseldorf. Convenient parking on the street behind the hotel.

The bar is small and lacking atmosphere, and only serves bottled beer (but a very nice one).

Good hotel near Messe and Airport. During Prowein days the prices were triple or more but this is usual for all Dusseldorf hotels. Nice staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. If booked earlier with cheaper price, excellent place to stay for Prowein.

The rooms were very simple- no refregirator, no TV.

The main positive point is the smile of the receptionist. Always kind. Good hotel in a good position. Airport 5 minutes far by taxi (10-15 euro) Fair at 5 mins by taxi (10-15 euro) or by underground U9: 5 min walk + 10-15 mins by metro U9 (3 stop, 1 change) It is possible to listen the airplane noise when you're outside but no problem when you're in room

if there where included the airport and fair transfer was perfect.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, everything was super clean and the breakfast selection was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the room was super spacious as well with a little balcony. Very close to the airport with a 13 min bus going from just outside and you can always get the U79 into the centre or university.

We liked everything, just remember to bring your own shower gel + shampoo etc as it's not provided!

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was not the same every morning so you can eat different food if you stay for several days. The bus station is in almost front of the hotel and the tram station is 3 minutes away, just around the corner. There is a super market in the near and two greek restaurants, almost next to the hotel.

The bathroom was tiny, but it had a surprisingly great layout, and it was as clean as it could be. The breakfast was basic, but it tasted good, and there was a small selection to choose from. We've arrived by plane, and the hotel is easily in walking distance, it only took us 13 minutes to get there from the terminal. I also had to extend my stay, and it was really easy to do ever the phone.

When we were there, we couldn't pay with PayPass, there wsa something wrong with the mashine and they needed my physical card so they can punch in the card number. That was the only inconvenience, besides having to fill out a full A4 paper worth of information, which I'd prefer to do online.

Friendly efficient staff, room and bathroom very clean, its facilities met my expectations, great location, within walking distance from the airport and in the other direction nice green areas for a refreshing morning walk/jog. Shops for basics and restaurants practically next door

The reason for 8 and not 10 is that it’s an old building (stairs and corridors)

Close to the airport, 10 minute car ride. Room.is big, shower is good and the wifi is steady. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff was nice and checkin and checkout was quick.

Parking in the garage is €8 which was dissapointing. Free parking is nearby in a resedential street. The balcony is connected to all the rooms on the floor so you can't leave the door open at night to get some cool air and there is no AC. For me it was fine but i think when it gets hot it can get quite uncomfortable.

Very nice people from the hotel, they were always very kind and the Mr from the bar was so kind and prepared us feijoada, felt like home!! Ladies from reception were very nice too, they all even tried to speak portuguese! Hope we stay at this hotel on thr next opportunity too.

Friendly and efficient staff. The room was as expected - I have stayed there before. The room as presented was warm and clean. The shower room/toilet clean and was perfect. Good strong supply of hot water to shower. Breakfast buffet good and well attended to keeping items stocked up.
