It was perfect! The staff is so nice and polite, you are all really made stay in the hotel wonderful. The room was clean, there were all necessities on the bathroom, comfortable beds. Breakfast was also like at home. The choice is not so big, scrambled eggs, yogurts, ham and cheese and vegetables are served for every table. Also coffee was excellent, and very taste croissant and cake. We were going to the football match, so hotel was not far from, near 12 minutes and 30 minutes by foot. There are enough parking places near the hotel.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel was comfortable with stylishly decorated rooms with coffee and tea making facilities. It was in a perfect position for the purpose of my trip. The staff spoke good English which was helpful as I don't speak German. They were all friendly, helpful and cared that everything was satisfactory for me. The breakfasts were very good and were typical continental style. I would definitely return to Villa Sarah if I was traveling to that part of Dusseldorf again.

I was happy with everything and have no criticisms.

A delightful small boutique 'hotel'. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. A large bathroom although the shower itself was small. We arrived late in the evening and the self check-in worked perfectly using the instructions provided. The staff were friendly and provided a lovely breakfast. Access is easy from Dusseldorf city using U bahn and it is very close to the airport. The delightful Kaiserwerth village is about a 15min walk away.

It was a great stay. Being very close to the airport there is aircraft noise but there appeared to be a curfew and it was not an issue overnight.

The breakfast was excellent and the service was personal. Gluten-free breakfast worked out well and I felt that they really did their best to serve me a safe gluten-free breakfast. The location of the hotel is good. The U-bahn station is very close and the travel time to the city centre is suitable. The staff was very nice and helpful and let us patiently practice our german language.

The bathroom was dated and the shower wasn't in its best condition anymore. Usable but would need a little bit of an upgrade. The room's door wasn't able to lock inside. Pillows, blankets and beddings were incoherent and didn't match the thought of general hotel standard.

Really good location nearby DUS airport. No problem to do late checkin, easy to pickup keys. Confortable, cozy, with outside terrasse!

Room was really hot (32 degrees) with only 1 fan, and not so much ventilation on the upstairs room: I left my door open to try to ventilate more, but it was pointless since there was another door that I couldn't leave open... I'm aware that it was very hot in Germany at that time, but maybe you could improve it. Another thing: bathroom quite tight (height), specially the shower where I had to bend myself... !

Great service, tasty breakfast, fast communication. The room was warm and cozy. In the bathroom we found different kits: a sponge for shoes, something to stitch up, there was a nail file and a set with cotton swabs. And even a toothbrush and toothpaste! There’s a coffee machine, a water boiler and different teas in the room. Just brilliant!

Maybe some rusty stains in the bathroom and a broken toilet holder, but that's just nitpicking :) everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in was easy with a keycard system, the rooms comfortable and cozy, breakfast was delightful and the delicious coffee was the cherry on top. We enjoyed the being able to sit in the bar and chat at night and appreciated the trust and independence. The location was perfect for us and we would certainly stay here again.

We had to book last minute due to a flight cancellation and arrived very late at the Hotel, yet I was able to contact the Host and get the Key and further Info etc. We had a great stay, beds are really comfortable, rooms are clean and the bistro downstairs is just the cutest. We enjoed our breakfast and the service was absolutely perfect and so kind. We almost forgot that our flight got cancelled and our luggage was lost. I hope we get the chance to come back one day. Plus it super close to the airport and in walking distance to a few shops. Lovely area.

Nothing we didn't like. Our room was quite warm but I won't complain about hot weather in the summer. It didn't bother us. If you need A/C it's something to consider though.

Good breakfast with fresh rolls, croissants and a selection of cold cuts and jams. Freshly made coffee. Another guest asked for muesli and was promptly served a bowl of muesli. Room is tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed. Everything is super clean (probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed at!) Location is very quiet, but close to tram and bus lines. My room had a large balcony with outside furniture. Liter bottle of water in the room. Coffee and tea making facilities. I would definitely stay here again!

There is no-one at the reception so getting the key was a tad confusing. The laminate floor in my room was missing a small section at the foot of the bed, which is uncomfortable for bare feet! The communication with the property was haphazard, which is a shame considering it's a great place to stay.

Location and breakfast was great... We were quite happy with cleanliness and there was absolutely no problem with self checkin

unfortunately we were not able to find an elevator (which proves to be a problem if you travel with luggage). All rooms seem to be different size and quality. One of our booked rooms was on the top floor, very warm, no AC, small window, no airflow.
