We liked the location, silence, everything was very neat and clean. The keys were in a key-locker for which we received a code. So all that worked really well. There was an extra cooling fan in the room, which was very useful. But one can open windows for the fresh air anyway. Surprisingly not a singly sound from airplanes! There were bathrobes and slippers provided, which is a bonus.

The instructions to find the hotel could be further developed. It would help if those indications would be better indicated if coming from the airport. For example - terminal A, B, or C, maybe draw a clear line on a map rather than just a "dot". Let customers know that you are able to walk through the airport hotel to arrive to the right side of the block to arrive to the hotel. Google maps do not show clearly how to arrive there by foot. In the dark of the night the circling around the block is not intuitive. Once you know where to go, then indeed - max 10 walk. But it takes another 15 minutes to figure out the directions out from the airport:) Be also ready for staircase, and no lift.

The Guesthouse was super close to the airport! From the arrival area you can just walk right hand and will reach the house at one point. The check in is easy with codes and the accomodation is newly renovated and furnished. I was lucky I booked the last room by myself and got a bigger room with bathroom inside. I was super happy about that. So some rooms have private bathrooms, some don't, but it seems all good organized! The kitchen is fully equipped and I got my coffee in the morning from there, that was very nice. Would recommend it to everyone, not only for airport travellers :)

Everything went as expected: perfect location, nice conditions as for the night before flight. The location was found very fast. Instructuns for using hotel was sent in advance and it was very simply to enter the hotel without any hotel staff.

The room seemed very small to me. I realized from the pictures that the kitchen was in the room. But it wasn't. But I didn't expect anything more than that. Anyway, I was completely satisfied.

It was just right for a family of 4 when using the spare fold up bed. It was quite clean and recently renovated as well as close to the airport (walking distance).

That when initially trying to book by phone I was not able to find anyone, even after leaving a voicemail. The instructions I received after booking electronically were in German only and I used Google translate as it was contact-less check in and check out so we needed passwords, directions etc. Also, I would have appreciated better directions on how to walk there. We were using google maps but left the airport on the departures level as we didn't have check in luggage to retrieve. We asked some airport employees (the airport was quite quiet when we arrived) and they told us to go from the lower level as it was much safer.

The location was perfect, so close to the airport so that getting in late at night was no problem. The room was very cute and had everything I needed. The bathrobe, slippers and sparkling water were especially appreciated. The keycodes were very straightforward and it was easy to find my way in. It was great to have a balcony and big window and door to let in the breeze.

Very modern, newly renovated apartment directly at the airport. It took us only a few minutes walk to reach it. Excellent location if you have a very early flight to catch and need to stay overnight somewhere close

The walls are pretty thin, you can hear the people in the next room talking. Our neighbours were quite during the night.

Very close to the airport, no outside noise (when door/window closed). There are no employees so checkin and checkout is mega fast with codes you get by mail before arriving

I got a confusing email so I replied to that. I didn’t get a reply. It all worked out, but if there is no personnel at the hotel there should at least be a quick response on mail

Very Near to the airport. Room is very clean. The pathway to Dusseldorf Messe on food is quite and nice. Cooking room is very well equipped.

Bathroom is not within the room, but I knew it! Check-in is 24 hours/day but with key code. It works very well, but I would like check is with person.

The guest house is very close to the airport. Checking in and out is very easy at night as I have to put my key in the key box. That was inportant for me because I had a 5am flight. Also everything was clean. I recommend staying in this house.

I have no complaints, everything was great.

Great location in walking distance of the airport. Self check-in gives easy and stress free access at all times of day.

WiFi did not work for me, and the walls are a bit thin (I listened to my neighbour coughing all night).
