Although the room was on the smaller side (it is a boat at the end of the day!) the space felt comfortable & luxurious, and we had everything we needed. The river view was stunning and such a unique experience! The breakfast was one of the best buffets & eggs-to-order service I’ve had at any hotel in Germany in a long time, with mimosas too! The streaky bacon was also perfectly crispy. The interior lobby & dining areas are so luxurious & clean, it makes you feel like you’re on a mini-Titanic! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They really made this a top hotel stay for us. The location of the boat is also just off the old town, so it’s the perfect spot, and being on the water it’s not at all noisy. Very peaceful.

The waitress at breakfast was ready to pounce on our plates just barely after our last bites, although we appreciated the enthusiasm!

The place was absolutely immaculate, and the staff was very friendly. the services on board were beyond what we expected. I asked for a late check towards a 50€ fee and I could stay until 6 pm. this is absolutely good value and better than hanging out in a lobby (i had an 8 pm flight). the room was rather small but very comfortable, if you close the curtains, you cannot tell it was a boat. the breakfast was decent too.

it was a pity they didn't offer lunch - only dinner. inside the shower, they offer body wash, shampoo and conditioner which is amazing but the body wash was almost empty. everything else was perfect so that's the only tiny detail that was negative.

Staff was very friendly, great location and views of the river, excellent breakfast, comfortable room. The TV had several English speaking channels which was nice. The hotel was located close to the Altstadt which was very convenient. We had no issues with noise from the ships passing by. One piece of advice would be to spend the few extra dollars on getting the river view. The city view would end up just being a view of the wall along the river.

The shower door seemed to get water all over the floor which was somewhat annoying and some of the pillows on the bed were a little lumpy

The room is beatiful and super clean. The view is magnificent especially at night. Also, the location is great cause you have the whole old city 5mins on foot. Its pretty good value for the price.

The breakfast was very limited and really bad quality of food. The tomatoes and cucumber were literally rotten and discoloured and the salmon was smelly. Also there was quite a big delay for check in and out cause there is only one person in the reception and she was learning the system. And the wifi in order to connect you have to do a whole procedure at the reception.

Cannot appraise this place enough. It ticks everything on our list. The rooms, or actually cabins, are super comfortable. The level of cleanliness is spot on and there is not an inch of wear and tear. Comfortable beds, fluffy pillows. We slept like babies! Firiendly service and the breakfast had everything we could wish for. Even if the buffet was a bit limited it had all items you can expect. Eggs to order and mimosa are my precious! We will be back for sure.

The location was excellent right in the heart. Our room was furnished to a high quality with great attention to detail. Everything was spotless both in the room and throughout the boat. Staff were helpful, professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a great selection that was continually replenished and it was a great novelty to sit having breakfast and watch the working river boats go by.

nothing to dislike but if I were to comment on one thing it would be slightly scratchy towels.

Staying on the boat was such a fun weekend! The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The bar was fabulous and they make a great G&T! The location is perfect for exploring the city.

It was a bit odd that they didn't just give you the WiFi code rather than setting it up for us on our phones. It wasn't a big deal because we did have WiFi, just odd.

the property despite the room is small is quite full with amenities breakfast is good

the staff did not inform about the luggage the luggage is brought so far from the parking and taxi special breakfast requested is forgotten before official breakfast hour

the location and view was amazing the staff was lovely and attentive to

its more of a advice so there kitchen is closed long hours after breakfast and theres no food service in btween breakfast and dinner which was abit inconvenient but nothing major

Great location, short walking distance to city center and old town. Staff/Crew was very friendly and helpfull, excelent breakfast, nice room, and overall very pleasant expierence. Would stay again and do recomend! And it’s a ship, what’s not to like:)
