Location was next to bus and metro and so good for access to the city (10 mins). Free secure parking.

No staff. Checkin was online via computer at the door. Difficult to navigate the checkin process at the door. If arriving by car, there is nowhere to park before checking in, and you need to be checked in before entry to the underground car park.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The shower was wonderful, which is especially nice after spending a long day in the cold. We also loved how easy it was to travel to the city center. The metro and tram lines are right across the street.

The bed was a bit firm and there was some noise disturbance from other guests coming in late at night, but nothing too severe or worth complaining about.

The place was overall clean, excepting for the carpet on the floor, which wasn't quite well cleaned. Staff was friendly. I had to self-check-in and it worked really smoothly without a phisical key.

Poor breakfast, but I think it's normal at a 2 stars hotel. Location was't the greatest, a lot of noise from the street.

Good hotel for the price. Conveniently close to underground station. Rooms at the back are nice and quiet at night.

I don't like checking in at the machine at the entrance, rather than talking to a person. It's long, convoluted and impossible to check room options.

Bed was comfortable, good location for me for my meeting in Dusseldorf, convenient for access to local facilities.

Unfortunately the trams passing outside made it quite loud with the window open, with the window closed it was fine though

It was clean and the room service was great.

When I needed a laundry service I was told that all are closed due to covid-19. Walking for 7 mins away from the hotel we found 2 and at least 2 more a bit further away. Wasn't is better to say that you do not know than lie and say everything is closed. Coffee is horrible.

I liked that the hotel was close to the city center and right next to it there is a good connection with tram and metro.

The bathroom was not perfectly clean, but sort of okay.

Well situated hotel, direct line for U Bahn, S Bahn and Bus

The bathroom smelt of smoke and there was no shower head

Great location, close to the subway station.

There was no reception opened at 4pm on saturday. Only remote check in was available, but coudnt get in, because didnt receive the access code. Might be quite confusing for people with no internet or phone access.
